Horrible experience. I visited the salon to have my highlights redone on Saturday. I spent almost 7 hours at the salon!! And my highlights came out horrible, different shades of blonde. Very unhappy with the service they provided me as a first time customer. The owner even called the cops on me thinkin i would leave without paying! Unbelievable.! Get this, they even closed their gates on me, I was locked in either way! Ive never been treated with so much disrespect. Overall very unprofessional, did not apologize not once. Never returning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
