The little inexperienced girl AYESHA (refused to give her last name) messed up my left eyebrow making a cut right thru and making it almost like pencil thin. My eyebrows are full thick always. When I stopped her to thread anymore and asked what she had done she said calmly whats wrong it was like this!! Was shouting at me her supervisor also refused to fix it coz she didnt know what to do. This was the second time this happened. I only went there coz I didnt wanna drive all the way to Ayshas (best place, I am a regular customer never thread an extra hair, always perfect eyebrows). My eyebrows look horrible now. NEVER EVER GO THERE PEOPLE!!! Worst customer service talk in their own language to each other to gossip about customers.,,

Previously gave a good review but in the last few months my opinion has Changed. Messed up my brows and caught some skin. My brows ended up with abrasions and I broke out. Not everyone does a good job and I noticed customer service isnt as good as it used to be. The owner looks at me as if she doesnt want my business despite my being a regular who tips generously. So no more.
