I was a walk in customer on a Sunday and I was lucky enough to get Erica as my stylist. Erica was amazing. She listened to what I said regarding my hair, previous hair cuts, and managed to understand what I wanted. She made sure I was comfortable losing more than 6 inches, and once I told her to take it off she had fun. And that was the great part, you could tell she was having fun. She also gives a great scalp massage. Erica was very attentive to every detail, from wet cut to dry cut, and made sure everything would look ideal. Along with Erica I could hear other patrons interacting with their stylist and I was impressed with how happy everyone seemed to be. The entire salon staff seemed to have a very impressive relationship with their clients, and were always willing to answer questions about cuts and styles and how they will work with your individual hair. It was amazing. Also, the cost is great. It is a wonderful price for amazing service. I I actually look forward to needing to get my hair cut again.

I came in for an long bob ombré look and came out 4 HOURS LATER with just short blonde hair. (I had long but very thin hair btw). It looked nothing the pictures I showed them and spent over $200 on it! They even admitted to charging me for a Baylage (something they didnt even do). Stupid me right. Will never go there again. And yes, I was your client for a day but never again. So you can say Im not in your data base anymore because I learned pretty quick. Being in the customer service myself it wouldve been easy to just charge me for what they did and not what I wanted. I wish I could post pictures of what they did as oppose of what I wanted to show the difference. All I can say is check google AND yelps reviews before you decide to come here. The staff are super nice until they screw you out of your money. I asked them how much it wouldve been before I did it and they said around $140 and I ended up paying $210. Thats a $70 upcharge for ????????????????

Ive been a client since they opened and I cant imagine anything but the very best work walking out the front door. Fantastic staff, very nice and their knowledge is second to none. Upscale salon but not snobby. I wont go anywhere else. All around good people who know exactly what customer service is. They go far beyond any expectations Ive ever had for a hair salon. Usually I notice certain stylists only work on women or men. That is not the case at PBB. The clientele is as eclectic as the stylists themselves. Visit Prism once and youll be a client forever

Very nice staff and a very relaxed environment! Josh is highly talented and kind. He is very communicative, making sure each time you go in for an appointment you are leaving completely satisfied. He is also very helpful when answering questions and giving advice on the best style and cut for your hair type, I trust his decisions and suggestions completely! I also have had an appointment with Carly and she is excellent as well. Very glad to have found this salon.

Had a wonderful experience here. Haircut and color was done beautifully. I couldnt be happier. I highly suggest making an appointment although Im almost positive they take walk ins. Sonia was my stylist and I will definitely go back. The atmosphere was great and the stylist were very professional.

Christopher is THE best in Tyler. He listens to what you want, he cares about his clients, and he is very knowledgeable on current styles, products and hair care. He always goes above and beyond expectation. The salon is clean, organized and inviting. HIGHLY recommend him and this salon!!
