The WORST experience ever! As a server at a fine dinning restaurant, the expectations of my work clothes is very high. I dropped off my clothes, and picked it up the next day only to find one of my snow-white aprons to be covered in pink spots. I asked the attendant about it, and she said shed fix it; I could tell she was irritated about the situation. I came out of my way to pick it up the day after, but this time it was all wadded up. I asked her, "didnt I come here to have this dry cleaned? I could have washed it at home to have the same results." She said to leave it again. Here I am on the third time here, and my apron still looks like it just came out of the washer... she said to leave it again. Umm, no thank you!

My first time there they lost an item. I figured that our before I left and shown them that not ask the items were accounted for on the receipt. It had taken them a while to understand me and I had to manually count the items. I was told that they would call me back. They havent called and when I went back the following week they still hasnt found it. Also the dry cleaning had hair on it.

Customer service very bad. Counter girl is generally very rude and insists on working with a very loud TV set on. Acts like they are the only cleaners in the area. I will not be back, after patronizing this business for 20 years.

That was my first time there. The people were great. I brought 26 pieces and everything looks great and clean . The lady is so nice. Ill be back again. Great customer service, I love it. Thank you.

The girls that work the counter both in the morning and afternoon are super nice and total sweethearts! Excellent service and the work they did on the clothes was top notch!

I asked to starch my work clothes. No starch was on my clothes only washed. I didnt realize it until i got home. So will no longer come here.
