I used to love to go to this cleaners for the low prices on mens dress shirts. In addition they opened at 0500 and I could stop on my way to the gym in the mornings. The nice touch was having a tv with the news usually going so I could catch up while getting the free coffee. Those are nice perks of having a local cleaner. I only had one shirt go missing and they gave me a $25 credit for my future orders without me asking. Great place. Recently they have changed owners and you can tell this guy is all about business and not customer service. For one they raised their prices with no notification to the consumer. They removed the perks (tv, coffee and popcorn in the afternoon)and changed the open time to 0600. This place feels dull and boring when you walk in. Not that it should matter for a dry cleaner but if they have a dull front and only care about their bottom line and not the customer. What are they doing with your overpriced dry cleaning. Needless to say I havent stopped going there due to convenience on my way to the gym but I am shopping around as I dont want to support someone that isnt even local. This dude owns other dry cleaners around town and in Nacogdoches. Doesnt care about the consumer only his bottom line. Sometimes in business you have to spend a little to keep the customer happy and theyll come back for those little things because it shows that you care. As a side note. If the old owner would have raised the prices to help compensate for the perks. Id be ok with that.

Save yourself the time and trouble of taking your garments to this establishment. I brought a coat in on Friday and was told that it would be ready between 5:30 and 6pm that Monday. (But to count on closer to 5:30) I arrived at 6 pm on Monday to pick my coat up that I needed for an important business matter Tuesday morning. They informed me that it was not ready and would be ready after 6 on Tuesday. They also informed me that it would be $19.97 instead of $14.99 like I was previously informed on Friday. I spoke with multiple employees there and was told several different times that it would be ready. Everyone was so rude and unapologetic. Since my coat was still DIRTY (as they had told me) I asked for my coat and and I would not be paying for a dirty coat, lets just forget about it and go on about our business and that I would find a way to make my coat suitable for wear the next morning myself. She then said that it was clean but it still wasnt ready... I was definitely confused. I asked for my coat again and was asked to leave. I asked for my coat again and was threatened to be taken away by police! No other customer in the building felt that I was being hostile or rude. I was shocked. One man just didnt understand why I would want my dirty coat back. I will NEVER return to this place again. It was such a disaster and the owners/employees were so rude. I couldnt believe they were asking me to leave because I simply wanted my dirty coat back!

Very rude employees. The minimum deb it card is 8, my cost was 1.75. Trudy said you come here all the time you should know better! They just lost my business.
