I am very dissatisfied and disgusted with this cleaners! I recently began taking my clothes to this cleaners over a month ago. I have spent over $300 alone with this establishment within this short time frame. I noticed one of my Victoria Secret shirts had three holes on the sleeve. I quickly took my unworn shirt to show the holes to the cleaners. I was then told that it was no possible way my shirt couldve gotten the three holes if they only presses my clothes. I explained that it looks as if my shirt was fight on something at the cleaners and I was told by the Chinese guy (one of the owners) that this could not have happen as if people dont make mistakes! I was outraged that they didnt offer to at least stich the holes. I didnt even ask for a reimbursement. I just wanted the problem rectified in a professional manner. Will never spend another dime with these rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate people!!

The staff is awesome and the work speaks for itself! I know I can come here and not worry about them messing up my clothes!
