First, it should be noted Quality Cleaners is by the far the cheapest dry cleaners Ive ever used. No coupons, no gimmicks, just low prices. I can get my entire work wardrobe done for under 50 bucks. Given the price, this place is great. The lady who works Saturdays is particularly sweet and will offer any advice on the best way to immediately treat stains so that they can come out with ease. Granted, Ive seen a few buttons come back loose, and I am sure they would repair them if I asked, but seriously it takes just seconds to sew a button back on.

TERRIBLE customer service. Additionally, theyve given me other peoples clothes and messed mine up. The owner (man) doesnt act as though hes appreciative for my business. So....Im not going back.

I called with a question about turnaround, the man who answered was very rude. He hung up on me after saying he was to business to help. I guess Ill take my money elsewhere.
