Im actually kind of pissed. Three pairs of BR sloan work pants are ruined. Always hand-washed myself but decided to save some time this time. Huge mistake. Came pick up my clothes and asked to see them prior to paying..the lady said no problem. To my dismay, the pants that were vibrant and rich in color 3 days ago now look dead and lifeless...like Ive thrown them into the washer several times and washed them on the least delicate setting on the machine. Amazingly enough, I kept my cool as the lady brought the owner over about my complaint. He immediately asked me if Id been there before which confused me a bit. I said I had, several times before (used to get my pants tailored there, and brought a few pieces for dry cleaning back when I used to work @ the bank nearby - a couple years ago). He decided to look my info up on the register. Well, the owner suggested that because I had only been there a few times in 2011, 12, and 13 that I didnt know how the dry cleaners were supposed to be. That, if I were his customer, I would not be complaining...that his customers "know" and dont complain. He got annoyed and raised his voice a bit as I insisted that the results were bad, especially after one time. He then pointed to a blue sign up on the wall to my right, I suppose to imply that he wasnt responsible. Never once did he apologize or attempt to appease the situation. I just cant get over the fact that my pants look they way they do now. He kept insisting that the result was normal. I gave up and just paid and left. Never-ever fg going back. Steer clear if you value a great pair of pants man.

This place is horrible. Your clothes will come back in worse condition that you dropped them off, guaranteed. Im no dry cleaner, but I believe that their equipment is in poor condition and in need of repair. Multiple shirts have come back with rips and tears in the fabric. But worse yet, their machine scorches my shirts behind the buttons, leaving awful brown burn marks that do not go away. Before taking your clothes here, realize that you would come out ahead if you considered your clothes disposable and simply threw them in the trash after wearing. Youll need new clothes either way, might as well not pay the dry cleaners to ruin your clothes for you.

Terrible place! First time and it will be my last. They completely ruined a dress of mine. Dropped off a black work dress with gold lace in the middle. When I picked it up after they "cleaned" it is now all of a sudden solid black! Gold is gone. Completely ruined. Owner tried to say the dress was made of cheap material and that his cleaner is the best because it takes off stains and makes the clothes smell good. Funny how I have taken the dress to other cleaners and the gold never came off. Not sure what in the world they did or how they cleaned it but they shouldnt be running a dry cleaning business. This place is a joke.

They told me that I shouldnt have brought my really, really expensive dress to them and they could only give me $40 bucks for it...since they LOST IT!!!! They said I didnt give them enough time to look for the dress...that it takes at least a month. They tried to give me another persons pants and dress. The manager guy "Cho" if thats really his first name... "says" he doesnt know the owners last name, his phone number nor when he will be back from his month vacation!! (BUT I think he did know that his corvett was parked outside!!!) Seriously!!! This place sucks!! DONT GO HERE!

I have been coming to this cleaners almost bi-weekly for about a year now. I have had zero issues and zero complaints. Compared to other cleaners in the area, they have not damaged my clothes. Pricing for mens shirts /pants is $2/item. The 24 hour drop box is very helpful. If I stick it in there before 9am, ready by 5pm. Staff is very friendly and remembers my name each time I come in for pickup. Drive thru is also available as parking is limited during peak times. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a good dry cleaners.

West Gray Cleaners has a history of damaging clothing and I was foolish for doing business with them. However, I was told that the business had improved. Obviously, it has not. A sweater that I had purchased from Dillards was ruined in 02/2014. The manager said I had made my purchase from the Dollar store and now I was accusing the cleaners of destroying an inferior product. I attempted to show my receipt to him, but it was ignored. I will follow up with the BBB.

Absolutely awful service-after giving them many chances to correct problems, my clothes come back worse! They have ruined an expensive dress, put permanent marker stains on two expensive dress shirts, and I get some of my clothes back barely even pressed and still dirty. Do they even do their job at all??!! If I am paying hard earned money, I expect a job well done...and sadly, that is not what I get at all. Do not come here-its a waste of time and money!!

Ive been going to this cleaner for over a year. Just when I start to think theyre alright, I get something back with black freckles on it. My husband was livid when they appeared on the dress shirt he wore on our wedding day. This has happened to 3 of our shirts. Some of the staff seem inconvenienced to have to do their job. Once they lost the bag I brought my clothes in, but they did replace it. Probably with one of yours... Im looking for a different place.

Been twice for general dry cleaning - everything was cool. Went once after to get a soda/drink stain from NYE removed from a blazer. Guy warned me it might not come out. Got the blazer back and it was like they didnt even try. Bought some OxyClean and boom.. Stain gone. Maybe I wouldnt be so critical of them if I hadnt taken a blazer to a dry cleaners in the galleria last year with a similar stain and it was completely removed.

I have been a customer here for more than 2 years, HOWEVER, over the last two months MANY of my shirts have come back with STAINS all over them. All I am offered is "re-clean" them. Finally, during a "re-clean" they RIPPED A WHOLE IN THE COLLAR of the shirt. When I told the owner I wanted to be compensated for the shirt he only offered a certificate for more BAD CLEANING service. I will NEVER go back.
