Worst experience with a cleaners. Extremely poor customer service. Returned clothing 4 times smelling like they had been washed in curry. The first time was told they would reclean them only to come back with a new tag and the same horrible smell. The smell filled our closet for days. Still used the cleaners out of convenience and price until the last time it happened today. As soon as they brought up our clothes, I smelled the horrible smell coming from under the bag and told the manager who rudely said that our clothes were the only ones that smelled like that since they changed to a new product but they would reclean them again. I calmly told her no thank you and that I would have to wash them to get the smell out because recleaning did not work the last 4 times. I then asked for a refund as our clothes did not smell like that when we dropped them off. She was extremely frustrated and said fine you can have your refund but I am putting notes in the computer to never accept clothes from you again. She said also tell your husband to never come back here again either and "have a nice life". We use this cleaners weekly and to discard a loyal paying customer who has done nothing wrong besides expect their clothes to be cleaned in a professional manner is extremely poor customer service from someone that is supposed to be "the manager". We have both experienced her rudeness and poor customer service on numerous occasions with other customers and will gladly never recommend or return to this godawful place. Stay Far Far AWAY!!

My husbands long sleeved dress shirts and pants have been cleaned here for about 5 years. They are super cheap and get things done on time. Theyve done a good job with the dress pants, but on average 1 or 2 long sleeve dress shirts gets messed up per year. When I say messed up, I mean visible tears in the middle of the fabric, not at the seams from normal wear and tear. The best theyve done for me is to not charge me for the cleaning of the shirts when they were returned with tears that were not fixable. The most recent time, they explained to me that 2 tears (several inches long) in the middle of one of the shirts resulted from normal wear and tear and that it was an old. They took off the cost of cleaning that particular shirt, but that was it. I know a lot about fabrics and sewing as I am a seamstress myself, and did not find the explanations for the tears at all satisfactory. I lauder, iron, and starch my husbands short sleeve shirts, and have never once made a hole in them, even though those shirts are older and lower quality fabrics. I still take his dress pants there, but am currently looking for a new cleaners for his long sleeved dress shirts, since I dont appreciate the regular tearing and lack of restitution for the torn shirts.

Have been using this place for about 5 months now and have never had a problem as of yet. I check my clothing as well as count them before leaving them anywhere, sad to say some people will know there are problems with their clothing and accuse a place of ruining them just to get them fixed for free, this raises cost for everyone, and sorry I am not a family member of the cleaners and I dont go there for to make friends I pay them to do a job, not to kiss my butt every time I come in, the service will speak for itself and keep me coming back, they dont talk much to their customers but they do smile from time to time and as busy as they are they really dont have time to try to entertain everyone that comes in, if they did that no work would ever be done. They cant be that bad because every time I go they are very busy, maybe its their competitors that are writing the bad reviews.

Hmm.... mixed feelings. Well, let me try to be objective and give you my two cents. First of all, guys... you pay $0.99 per shirt and $1.69 per a pair of pants - please keep your expectations at par with your bills. If you want superb services or happy smiles (although Ive gotten one every time), you should pay more. This place gravitates value-seeking customers like myself. Last time I was there, I saw an African American woman throwing her garments at the woker there. I wouldnt be too exctied to work in that kind of enviornment. Anyhow, here is what I would recommend - for everyday shirts and pants, I never had any issues. But for more expensive items, maybe you could pay a bit more and stop complaining

I would not recommend Evergreen cleaner, they have poor service (people are rude) and are not careful with your clothes. Ive had several cardigans come back with buttons broken or chipped. I had a white shirt returned to me that somehow turned pink. Also, I had a pair of pants that were returned to me with a rip in them. They were quick to accuse me of wearing them (even though the tag was still on them) and accuse me of not fitting into the pants, causing the rip. I weigh 105 pounds, so thats unlikely. They did not offer to reimburse me for anything and denied that there is anyway they could rip the pants. I find it hard to believe that the person below was actually reimbursed.

These people are rude, unprofessional, and just dont give a ****. They never even give a simple smile. What kind of customer service is that!!!??? The little foreigner with the red tattoo on his arm is a real jerk!! The only one that seems to be half a$$ nice is the little hispanic girl that sometimes work the counter. If you want good service, then this is not the place to go. I can almost guarantee you that the good review here was written by them. I hate this cleaners and their employees, (which I am sure are related to the owners since most of the people are chinese), with a passion. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! NEGATIVE 10 STARS!! NEGATIVE 100 STARS!!!

This place is awful. From the time you walk in the staff is rude and unfriendly. For quite some time I took my clothes there despite the rude reception due to the fact that the price was go great. They later raised their prices but the cleaning was still reasonable. As time went on, ALL went down hill. My clothes would be returned to me with broken bottons regularly. The staff would take no responsibility. One of my jackets and a shirt never made it back to me, but since I did not discover this until I was home and had discarded the receipt, there was no recourse. The lower price is NOT worth the treatment and the poor services. SKIP THIS PLACE!!!

Ive used this cleaners multiple times. Its fine for regular dry cleaning but the last 2 times Ive had spots that I asked them to get out of the garment. Both garments came back ruined. The dress had one tiny barely visible spot. When I picked my dress up it had rust brown smears all over the front of it. The pants had a spot that was brown and the pants were khaki when I picked the pants up the spot was gone and so was an even larger blotch of khaki that was now white. It looked like they used bleach on my Max Mara outfit needless to say I will not be using this cleaners again.
