First day in town, live 3 blocks away, walked very small dog with me to drop off clothes. Stepped in and lady chatting on the phone told me I had to bring the dog out. Thanks for the warm friendly welcome. Had she been polite, not a problem. Someone may want to tell her there are 5 other dry cleaners within walking distance Goodbye

Despite the sweetness of the owner the service is hit and miss. Transaction 1 & 2 maybe okay but transaction number 3 and maybe 4 will suck. Today I went to pickup my goods only to be given clothes belonging to someone else with a simular spelled name. Human error is understandable but this is taking it a little too far.

The owner is a very sweet person, but she isnt a good or dependable dry cleaner at all. Shes damaged two pairs of pants and one sweater. Last time I was in, there was a long line because clothes werent delivered on time (waited for 45 minutes). It pains me to say this, but avoid this place at all costs.

Dont go there.... Very bad experience, I gave them my shirt for only ironing and they bring it back to me with so many black greasy dots from ironing machinery as it looks like someone was using my white shirt as napkin.... With all what I mentioned previously the lady charged me for the awful service.

Worst customer service. Clothes are never ready when they say they will be. Ive had clothes returned to me soiled and damaged. Take your business elsewhere!!
