They have ruined two of my shirts, billed me for the service and refuse to accept responsibility. The store manager, (Heip) will not return calls, speak to me or even attempt to address the issue. Although it understandable that damage can occur, having NO customer service to address these issues is unacceptable. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for reviewing my post. Dropped my husbands suit off Monday at 11am. I was told everything will be ready after 5 on Tuesday. Went to pick up and was told then my husbands suit pants wont be ready till Wednesday. Now my husband has to figure out what to wear for his interview tomorrow. Never going there again.

We use them regularly for my husbands uniforms. They do decent alterations. Weve had to send back some dress shirts and slacks on occasion, but not often. They always make it right. Fast turnaround on clothes. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Ruined 4 of my husbands shirts! Awful! The Manager/owner is the rudest man. He put mold on my husbands Ralph Laurens shirts and tried to saw we did. I wouldnt recommend this place to a dog!
