I went in today because I received a Mailer with ten free dollars of dry cleaning and I have a big conference presentation coming up. When I walked in I wasnt even greeted. I told the woman at the counter I wanted to get my clothes dry cleaned and she asked if it was my first time. I answered yes. She replied by saying "you cant get it until Monday at 4". That was the first thing she said to me. No "hello" no "how are you doing". She threw a card across the table without saying anything. I filled it out and started smiling Because it is actually my birthday today. I noticed she was looking at me and told her why I was smiling. She said "oh". Its my birthday!!! And my first time in your business!!!!?! Anyone can clean my clothes. Next time Im going somewhere they treat me as a human being.
