They first lost a pair of pants, but then a couple of days located them. It happens occasionally at cleaners (it was in the first two months of using them) But then 2 wks later they lost two pair of pants and a shirt. And said they didnt have them. They over charged us and said we had a free shirt cleaning. (By then we were not going back) But they called said they located our pants and shirt almost 2 wks later and when we went to pick them up they said they couldnt find in their records were they owed us a free cleaning so they charged us for the lost items they located. The one shirt had so much stripped grease down the back it cant be worn again. I would not recommend them ever as I will never use them again.

Really bad service by the owner, he is never on time and had a terrible attitude. Waited 3 days for 5 pairs of pants and 3 shirts. Stay away from this place.

Had a terrible experience at Doves now I only go to Eagle Stop Cleaners on 494. They even donate money towards New Caney schools!
