If I could give no stars I would. After charging $8 previously to shorten my sons dress pants, I figured I would get a dress shortened for myself. I went in and was told it wouldn’t be a problem and to come pick it up in 2 weeks. Well, when I arrived, I was shocked when they charged $50 to shorten the dress!!! I was so upset that this cost was not relayed to me beforehand. The lady in charge just said I should have asked! From there, they attempted to negotiate taking taxes off. I explained that it wasn’t that I couldn’t pay for it, but that I did not like that I wasn’t offered this substantial cost beforehand. For goodness sake, this cost was half the price of the entire dress! Needless to say, I was still required to pay $40 and they showed absolutely no form of adequate customer service in getting this situation resolved. Not to mention, my dress was still too long! I will never use these people again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone utilizing their atrocious services!

These people get NO STARS! My mother went to get my clothes from dry cleaners and they claimed they had no record of my clothes. I had clothes that were almost brand new that were GONE! When I requested the manager/owner she claimed she would call me back the next day....I waited two days and NO CALL. I called back and she claims didnt call because COULD NOT FIND MY CLOTHES! If they need clothes that bad...go to the store and buy them dont take MINE! They later found my record in the system but NO CLOTHES!

Same day service without sacrificing on service is hard to find. So I was extremely thankful for finding Star Cleaners in heart of Humble, Tx. Professional, quick, reliable service priced right! Looking professional is a must for me which is why I count on Star Cleaners!
