The place used to be nice, did good work, basically I have no idea what has happened ( someone said it changed ownership) Anyway, today they said I had never brought in any items to be cleaned, I had to insist that they look, finally after about 10 -15 minutes they found my clothes. Then, it was less than ten dollars this time, but they would not take my credit card, luckily my wife had a little cash in bottom of her purse. I am a business person myself, and unless they have the worse of the worst merchant services they pay no more than .018 to .025% per transaction, no one pays a minimum per transaction anymore. In other words, it does cost them the same in terms of percentages, so actual transaction amounts do not matter. My son had quit using them because they were ruining relatively expensive business shirts of his, he warned me that they were getting bad, but, me being older had somehow not wanted to make a change. After the experience tonight, I am NEVER going back to that location, they even went as far as to insinuate that I never took my clothes in to be cleaned, then they found them !!! I do NOT recommend the place to anyone. Avoid losses, damages , and aggravation, stay away.

This is a terrible dry cleaner! Twice now I have sent in nice garments & they came back missing buttons or beads! My husbands work shirt came back just today and the point of the collar was torn up & theres a button missing half way down the front of the shirt! And this isnt the first time its happened! I was there to drop off some clothes at one point (before this happened to me the first time) & another woman was complaining about how one of her garments was messed up & they wouldnt give her, her money back even though the dry cleaners were at fault! I am never going there again & I urge everyone whos looking for a dry cleaning place closer to home to keep looking! Dont use these guys!

This place sucks they ruin your buttons on your clothes especially the button down shirts then will ask if you want to pay to get them repaired knowing it was their machine that broke them they tell you no cards under 10 dollars and if you agree they offer to give you store credit and NEVER do! The owner Chu is very shady and will do anything to get extra money not to mention the illegals he has working for him in the back, they hire thiefs that will steal your clothes I dont recommend no one to come here

I have been bringing my clothes here for several years and they just keep getting worse. The final straw was today. I got a shirt back that was burned all the way across the back. The owner said it was hung on a hanger to long and the light faded the color. Number 1 how do you fold a shirt over a hanger length wise. Number 2 the shirt was only about a month old. While I was in their they ruined a ladies comforter and denied it.

Second time to use them, both times felt like a 2nd class citizen. While I am aware that all cleaners show ready the next day after 5pm, usually they are ready when I can swing by. TC Cleaners would not even check. Rather chose only to remind me not to try till after 5pm. Did not bother to look, only direct me out till then, less than 1 1/2 hours away. I will not return.

The employees have always treated me with patience and professionalism. Like I say I cant speak for anyone else, but for me this is the right Dry Cleaner. Philips Amador

I just recently moved from Baytown to Humble TX. I have only used TC Cleaners once, an they did a great job, I was treated with good customer service. It is now 6.29.15 and will take clothes today to be dry cleaned. I have confidence that they will do a great job.

I loves this place, I have no idea why people write bad reviews for it when its not bad... They get the job done, clothes is very clean, and pressed, people are nice & move the line as fast as they can!! They do an awesome job on one hour cleaning on suits !!

Dress shirts will shrink over time by getting shorter at the sleeves. Dont be surprised if you tear your shirts at the elbows.
