Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar dejan los cuellos de las camisas muy sucias , nunca las checaba sólo llegaba y las guardaba y cuando quería usarlasparecia que sólo las planchaban, El asiático dijo que cuando las viera así las regresará para que las volvieran a limpiar pero por vergüenza nunca lo hisé ,finalmente un dia cheque la ropa antes de pagar y otra vez las camisas sucias al reclamarle se negaron a limpiarla me dijeron que las manchas no salían y me las dieron sucias , finalmente tuve que pagar x su mal trabajo. Piensa dos veces antes de llevar tu ropa a este lugar o checa el trabajo que hacen. Por eso no les doy ni una sola estrella. Y siempre que entras ahí huele a comida no hay profesionalismo siempre los veras comiendo frente al mostrador.

They ruined my $200 white dress... and did not even seem to care for a mistake they had clearly done. The manager was trying to tell me that the yellow/brownish color was in fact the original color of the dress. He was extrememly rude when all I wanted was an apology for him ruining my dress! He still had the nerve to ask me to go buy another white dress and bring it to him just to prove that in fact its supposed to be "white"... this ignorant thought I was colorblind, and the sad part... he was serious about it. I will NEVER take my valuable clothes here again, and I recommend no one does either because your clothes will only get ruined!

the worst customer service and rude people I have dealt in a while! folks take your business elsewhere avoid headaches dealing with these idiots that the only thing they care about is money not you or your clothes. last week after picking up my clothes from the cleaners I noticed my $ 96 dollar polo shirt damaged I immediately went back to show them the damaged and the owner came up with a million excuses to why my shirt was damaged ,but he didnt accept responsibility and told me there was nothing he could do.... I didnt even get an apology from these people. avoid headaches take your business elsewhere!

Because of the proximity to my home address I started to do business with Fame Dry Cleaning but ever since I started bringing my service its been nothing but horrible service and unsatisfaction. Ive previously dealt with other dry cleaners but none have compared to the nightmares of Fame Dry Cleaning. Clothes come out with bad odor, does not owe up to any damages done to your garments, unwilling to help customers, and overall disgusting service. No need to read any further, simply do yourself a favor and do not bring your valued service to Fame Dry Cleaning nor recommend it to others.

Worst customer service... first time they lost my husbands jeans 2 pairs. The owner didnt even apologized he started screaming like crazy... second time around I came back one day before the day they told me instead explaining the guy started screaming at me... never again going back... very disappointed

Horrible establishment. I took in what is considered a regular garment. I was charged more. Secondly, my piece of clothing smelled the same exact way it smelled when I dropped it off. It wasnt cleaned at all. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
