I have been using Summer Creek Cleaners for about 6 or 7 years and have never had any problems. At other cleaners, Ive lost clothes, the colors have bled, or stitching has come undone. Nothing like that has ever happened here. Further, I am highly impressed by the customer service I received, as described below. Although I go by my middle name, Cody, my first and last name, William Sain, are whats in Summer Creeks system. Today the owner contacted me after seeing a negative review, and he wanted to resolve the conflict. The review as not from me, but from "Sian Williams." He has no one by that name in the system, but mine is very similar, so he thought it was me. The owner told me that no one reported any theft, so he was surprised by the review. He was also concerned that someone may be using a variant of my name. The "Sian Williams" account has only that one review and no other activity (unlike my account), so I do not know who this person is, or why their name is similar to mine. In short, Summer Creek Cleaners does a great job at cleaning. The owner personally sought to resolve an alleged conflict that was posted online, even though it was never reported in the store. I highly recommend using their dry clean services.

This cleaners does not deserve a rating at all. I gave this cleaners 7 years of my hard earned money. Every time I go to this cleaners, I spend well over a 100 dollars. My experiences are horrifying. The cashiers are nasty. The customer service is lacking in every area. My clothes are either lost or damaged when I return to pick them up. I really need to find another cleaners near the Fall Creek area.

Great Cleaners! very professional reasonable pricing. I work by JFK HAMPTON and I love this cleaner especially when it comes to express services they will have your clothing back between Noon and 2pm..The young man that delivers is very polite and professional as well. GREAT TEAM!
