I have been a long time customer but they will no longer receive my business. I knew they offered same day service so I went to their website to confirm the specifics and was happy to see that it was listed as in by 10am and out by 4pm. When I try and drop off my suit the sign in the window says in my 9am out by 5pm. It was about 9:45am but I thought maybe they will honor what the website says, but that was not the case when they said i was to late for same day service. When I mentioned what the website said they still said that I was too late. TLDR: They do not honor what is on their website so my plans got shot down.

Ruined my Christmas stocking! I dont know how you get color bleed when you DRY clean but they wrecked the sticking my Mom made me in 1984. Plus they took an extra week to delay giving it back to me. No apologies. And a whole $3 discount because it "wasnt cleanable". Never going back and telling everyone how terrible they made me feel.

Like that they have same day service. Ive been going for three years and prices for mens shirts and pants are very reasonable. Never had a broken button or lost item. Friendly owner that knows my name. Cant ask for much more in a dry cleaner.
