THEY JUST RECENTLY CHANGED OWNERS LIKE TWO TO THREE MONTHS AGO. I HAVE BEEN SENDING ALL OF MY DRY CLEANING TO THEM FOR FOUR YEARS. I HAVE NEVER LOST CLOTHES NOT HAVE HAD BUTTONS CRACKED IN HALF BECAUSE THEY RAN THE IRON DIRECTLY TO THE BUTTONS AS I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING AND NOTICING LATELY WITH MY CLOTHES. I AM AN ATTORNEY AND WEAR SUITS ALL THE TIME, THE MAIN REASON WHY I SEND MY SUITS TO BE DRY CLEANED IS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT IRON MARKS ON THEM. I HAD TO GET RID OF GOOD SEMI NEW SUITS BECAUSE JB CLEANERS RAN THE IRON THROUGH MY SUITS. I SENT ONE OF MY WIFES DRESSES THAT I GAVE TO HER ON HER BIRTHDAY. JB CLEANERS RETURNED THE SWEATER BUT NOT THE DRESS. WHEN CONFRONTED THE LADY AT THE FRONT SAID WELL WE DONT HAVE IT. MY WIFE TOLD HER WELL YOU GAVE ME THE SWEATER AND NOT THE DRESS I BROUGHT IT HERE. THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN ME OTHER CLIENTS CLOTHES THAT DONT BELONG TO ME.

Incorrect business number on receipt, had to look it up online. They dont answer :the phone in a businesslike manner, just a woman saying "hello". Hours of operation on Google need to be updated, as does the phone number. Edit: revised to one star. Dropped off items, one of which was at ANOTHER cleaners down the road. All that item needed was a stitching, why did it have to go to another location just for that? "Did you need it today?" I was asked when I collected my items. Uh, yes? I brought my items in about 20 minutes after they opened, and it said on the receipt theyd be done today. Dont bother.
