This review is specifically about the job they were supposed to do. I took a suit, a tie, and a shirt. I trusted them because my shirt and tie were Brooks Brothers. Absolutely horrible job. They ripped the tie tag on the back. I know its not very handy but I didnt expect it to be partially ripped. The shirt did not look pressed at all... I would have done a better job ironing it myself. Then upon closer inspection, it had a pulled thread on the sleeve that is visible around the entire sleeve... Both damages seem really small but not expected and truly think its not an easy fix. I dont review much but if I can help you avoid these situations, I will.

I do NOT recommend going here. Ruined an army uniform. Said the burn marked was caused by a cigarette, when we do not smoke. Oddly, one of the employees was smoking when I walked in. Refused to pay for any sort of damages. Did not even refund the cost of the cleaning! What horrible customer service. I cannot believe they would treat anyone, especially military personnel, this way.

I dont know if any place has ever been bad enough for me to review it, but this one made the cut. This place has lost two pairs of dress pants and three shirts over the last year (while they charge me for a "membership"). The staff just has a terrible attitude. Moreover, the place is pretty filthy.

I also DO NOT recommend going to Pride Cleaners. They absolutely ruined two vintage 1940s silk ties and a vintage sweater by permanently searing a giant barcode to the fabric. On top of that, they didnt even get the items clean. Rude employees. Awful service.

I get a suit and a few shirts done here every once in a while and the people are always super nice, get it done same day, and the suit and shirts are clean and crisp. I think the other reviewers might be some richers with seriously unrealistic expectations.

First time there and they cannot clean coffee stain on the first try. If we are paying $5 for ties, this better be spotless. Waste of time!
