Swyden Cleaners is terribly overpriced with exceptionally poor service. Ive never paid more for less with a dry cleaners. I paid an outrageous up-charge for a rush job for a funeral, and I had a ticket to pick up a few other items the next week. Little did I know that my ticket instructed me to pick up my items at a time they were closing early. Arriving two minutes later than the time on my ticket, I stood outside and explained the situation to the clerk behind the glass door. Her response was to shrug and walk away. They were closed the next day, so I waited two extra days to pick up my items. I will never be using Swyden Cleaners again.

I dropped two dresses by Swyden for next day pickup. I wish I would have read the reviews first! The cost to clean my two (simple, less than $200 each) dresses was $60! I was told there was a 30% upcharge for next-day pickup - I should have asked (silly me!) what the regular price was before I handed my garments over. Yikes. The facility is nice, the woman at the counter was friendly enough, but that price was a little hard to swallow. Just call and ask about prices before you drop anything off so there are no surprises when you go to pick them up! ;)

My wife is an Attorney and wears dry clean only items pretty much every day. We used to take everything to Drummond in Brookside about every two weeks and our bill was around $90-$120 with their volume discount. Drummond recently closed their shop in Brookside so we took it to Swyden last week. Our bill was over $300 and several of the dresses came back with tiny balls all over them. If you like your clothes and your money STAY AWAY !!!

Needed a suit dry cleaned for a wedding on Sunday and forgot to pick it up on Saturday. They were closed on Sunday, but we contacted them on Facebook and the manager drove to the store and met us there and let us pick up the suit. It was a total life saver. And the price was very reasonable. Couldnt recommend higher!!!

I have had many different items cleaned at Swyden and they have done a great job! I have been told by them many times, if I can bring it in, they will clean it for me.
