Took a white shirt in there and told them it had a mud stain on it. Came back for it an it was still there. Did this 4 times and each time they said they would re-clean it, giving me the impression they didnt really clean it the first time. Requested the item be reimbursed according to their policy on the counter, they acted like I was not entitled to it. Last time they claimed they would call me when it is ready. Its been over 4 months and they have never called back. Will never return to this place. Horrible service.

This place might have the worst customer service of any location - maybe dry cleaner in general. The surly attendant today sarcastically said "Oh joy" when I brought iny items. Might be work for him, but also pays for his salary. Im never going here again and will make sure to let all my friends know the same.

Youd be better off buying a machine where you can do your own dry cleaning at home. To call and get the same attitude and poor customer service "over their mistake" is beyond ridiculous. Im amazed these people are still in business.

I had a very bad experience here. Lost suit and very poor customer service all the way up to senior management to help rectify the situation. Its a shame becuase Tower would be so convenient.

Horrible customer service and very, very expense; $6.50 for $20 Costco pants with my member discount. Really? This place is crying for competition.
