I give this POS company a Zero....the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life & that is not just on the Business side of things. This company ruined my wifes wedding dress and tried to cover it up, not take responsibility and were rude during the entire process. Do yourself a favor and do not take anything to this company unless you want it damaged or you want to be belittled. I tried to go the Legal route & although Mayfair lost a court battle, the damage was already done. Bottom line, they are not registered w/ the BBB and are not worth anybodys time. No matter what, if you enter their doors you will lose! The manager, Chris Stripling, is a turd. The guy has a terrible reputation and I would love for that clown to try and talk to my wife in the manner he did last year on the phone again. WORST company in the Kansas City metro hands down....might be worst in the country!!

I left a comforter and pillow shams to be cleaned - it takes them a WEEK to clean them although they manage to clean clothing within 24 hours. They charge a $25 deposit, and you have to sign a waiver to absolve them of all resonsibility for any sort of damage or loss. They neglected to tell me that they only receive a shipment of cleaned items once daily at 5pm, so the "week" became 8 days. They tried to put a "rush" on the cleaning but no one answered the phone downtown! I unfortunately had guests arriving on the day the cleaning was due back, but before the 5pm timeframe. I had to get another comforter in order to have bedding on the bed for the guests. NOT a good experience. I also had another comforter laundered, and although it did come back in about 5 days, it had SCORCH marks on it. I will not be using Mayfair ever again.

Hours are posted online and on the door to the building for Saturday as opening at 8am, however, its 8:51am and they are NOT open! No sign anywhere mentioning a time change whether permanent or temporary! I wish I would have known this before driving out of my way!
