I made a simple phone call to ask what time they were closing. I was told at 5, I replied thank you. The young lady went on to say and be aware it is 430 now. I read the comment below before calling and still called despite. After that brief exchange I am sure that the one star comment is completely factual. I am not aware of their service but I think they need to be aware that first impressions are very key in a successful business.

My friend and I just left there from getting our eyebrows threaded. He said he gives them three stars because their just okay and they dont stand out how he wanted them to. I give them 3 to 4 stars because the women were nice and they look cleaner than when I walked in. The older lady did mine and she did thin them out a bit and put an arch in them but they look okay. I might go back for henna.

My regular salon left the NRG area and moved to Hillcroft, I was in need of my eyebrows being done, they were ragged in my opinion. Went on my lunch break, had no wait. I am very pleased with the shape of my eyebrows, the cost is more than Ive paid before but worth it. Glad to have found another spot that I can go to thats close!

Nisha Actually listened to how I wanted my eyebrows. I like them thick and she did them perfectly with only a slight arch, just how I like them, giving a natural look. Will be going back soon.
