Im extremely satisfied with the service and results that I received from JJ Auto Body Houston. My Honda Accord had a few very noticeable dents that needed some work because I couldnt stand to look at them anymore. I had heard about JJ Auto Body from online reviews on Google, Yelp, and reddit. They all seemed positive, so I visited their website and noticed that they offered free online estimates. I took pictures of the damage and sent them along with their form and received a quick reply from Jimmy. The estimate itself provided reasonable rates for the amount of damage to the car. I decided to go ahead with the repairs and took it to the shop. Jimmy examined the car in person and provided me the total rates up front. Again, reasonable rates. He also provided me with a timeline of when the repairs should be completed. Further, Jimmy and his brother Jonathan were very helpful in getting me set up at the nearby Enterprise for the rental car Id be driving while my Honda was in repair (e.g., giving me a lift to the rental center). While the car was in repair, Jimmy provided updates on the status. Everything went smoothly and to the timeline. When I got my car back, it looked just like how I had purchased it. I was very impressed with the high quality work done in light of the price. Apparently they also do other car repair and services beyond body work. All in all, theyve got a return customer in me.

After being less than pleased with insurance-covered work I have had done at my dealer’s recommended shop, I decided to use JJ Auto Body for some out-of-pocket repairs. They wowed me from start to finish and now I wouldnt want to go anyplace else. As a woman, I am always worried about how I will be treated when I am having my vehicle serviced by myself. JJ Auto Body was responsive, friendly and completely respectful from start to finish. They understand customer service and genuinely care about providing a positive experience -- I wouldn’t hesitate to send my mother, sister or any female friend to them. They were transparent about pricing and I felt it was extremely fair for the quality of work provided. The work itself was fantastic. The previous shop I used did a terrible job matching my factory paint on both occasions that I used them; JJ Auto Body’s painter not only painstaking matched the color by looking at it in various lighting, but did some outstanding artistry to make sure my new bumper matched the seams on the hood and quarter panel that do not match each other due to the other shops work. I really love my car and was feeling pretty sad about its condition when I brought it in; JJ Auto Body made me feel as good about it as I the day I first drove it off the dealer’s lot!

Its hard to know where to start with this review as there are so many great things to share about my experience with Jimmy and the rest of the amazing team at JJ Autobody in the Heights of Houston. I guess the best place to start would be the most important part - the quality of the work, which was absolutely perfect! I swear that the car looks better now than the day I bought it! The service was absolutely top drawer, from the moment I first called them to make an appointment for them to assess and give me a quote on the damage. They have a lovely and clean waiting area where you can watch TV, use their wifi connection, and have filtered water or a hot drink. The quote they gave me was very competitive and they dealt with the insurance company so that I didnt have to. They gave me a loaner car which was absolutely vital for me as Im a single guy with no one to run me around! They took care of the work in record time, which is impressive given how popular and busy they are. The combination of the quality of the work; the efficiency and friendliness of the service; and the competitive price, must make JJ and his crew the go-to shop in Houston. If youre unlucky enough to need a body shop, your luck will turn when you go to JJs!

First off let me just say JJ Auto Body is the definition of amazing craftsmanship. I brought in a project car (Ford Bronco) I purchased in Mississippi that had a tailgate basically made of bondo and rust, a removable fiberglass top that was just exposed fiberglass and no paint, and a roof that was orange with rust. As I am a college student I looked around for places in Houston and College Station for somewhere to take my truck to get fixed. I stumbled upon these amazing guys on Reddit and have been thankful ever since. They hooked me up, my top is now a nice and rich matte black the tailgate looks BRAND NEW yet it is still the original one I brought in, the passion they bring to their work is the same they bring to customer service. Always Communicative showing you the progress of your vehicle as they progress through the steps and a in detail break down of all the work they have done on your vehicle and how to go about keeping it looking its best for the lifetime of the vehicle. Hands Down JJ Auto Body deserves your business.

Id heard about and seen Jimmy posting around on Reddit, so when someone else scraped our car in traffic this was the first place I thought of contacting for the repairs and Im beyond glad I did. He took the time to sit down and go over the process of having the other drivers insurance pay for the repairs and responded to all of my emails almost immediately (probably too many emails, to be totally honest.) The location is a touch difficult to find and the area looks vaguely sketchy but it is ABSOLUTELY worth the trouble of finding it. Everyone was wonderful to deal with and so friendly, and Jimmy was happy to take the time to give me a ride over to the rental car place as well as taking care of having the car picked back up. I cant recommend them enough - they completely took the stress out of having to have my car repaired, communicated promptly and informatively, and were much faster with completing the repair than I expected. While I hope I wont need a body shop again, if I ever do Im going straight back to them.

I had an extensive front end repair on my 2004 Honda Accord. JJ Auto Body gave me two estimates with which to work. One was just for mostly the cosmetic repairs, the second was for more intensive repairs that would probably need to be done in the future. I decided to go with the more extensive repair and fix everything. They found a couple of more issues when the opened the car up, but they were fastidious about explaining everything that needed to be fixed and the reasons these repairs needed to be done. After the work was done, they walked me through everything they did and showed me how to keep an eye on the things that might be a problem in the future. As someone with no mechanical abilities, I appreciated that they were thorough with explaining everything and making sure I understood. I would highly recommend their shop to any friend that I had who is needing a repair! I wish there were more than five stars I could rate them.
