I cant speak on auto body work but I can give you my experience on their auto work under the hood. I took my car their because I was was having some serious engine problems. I chose JC Auto because of the close proximity to my residence. I arrived and the manager quickly quoted me $2200 for everything. They said my car was supposed to be done exactly 1 week later but It was not ready until 2 days after. I wasnt concerned because they gave me a loaner car during the process which was very convenient. I picked my car up and they washed it up and cleaned under the hood. I was very impressed. I did a quick test drive and my car was still making noise in the engine. The manager told me it was normal and the engine needed to be lubricated throughly. So I drove it for 2 days and brought it back. The manager held it for another 3 days and changed the oil and checked the plugs. He called me to pick it up and my car was still making the noise. He then said he doesnt know what the problem is. I was heated. So I was like maybe the car need to get accustomed. I drove it for another week and the noise got worse. I went to another shop and the guy said its internal and the shop that did work needs to fix it. So I took his advice and went back to JC Auto. I meet the manager again and then all of a sudden he knows what the problem is and quotes me $1200 which includes labor. I quickly questioned why all of a sudden he knows the problem and why they didnt figure it out the first time. He says they only checked the top portion of the engine. I got pissed off quickly and said why they didnt do a full inspection on my engine the first. They replace 16 hydraulic lifters in my car the first time since that was the first thing the noticed that was malfunctioning. I said ok whatever because I want this process over with but Im not paying for labor. He says he cant do that. Ok. Where is the owner! I wait for the owner. Very calm guy. I low key think he knew they made a mistake but tried not to admit it. JC the owner agreed to charge me for parts only. I said ok after a 30 minute argue in why I shouldnt have to pay anything else since this should have been taken care the first time. He didnt bend. Then I said how all of a sudden the manager knows the issue. Be said dont worry we will do a full inspection and call you when you when figure it out. Fine. I get a call 2 days later saying I need to come in and talk. This time they didnt give me a loaner car. I come in and he said I have to get a whole new engine. Im furious. I get pass the fact and they said $1100 for a used engine with low mileage. 1 week later I go to pick it up and find out they broke my power seat on the driver side. They hold it for another day. They claim the wire was loose. Then I go to pay. I wanted everything on the card and he denied my form of payment. He wanted half cash so he can pay the guy who got the engine from. I finally agreed. Ultimately this was a horrible experience. The owner is focused on customer service but I doubt their reputation. As of now my car is working fine but this was the worse process and I lost about $1100 in this process because they didnt do a full inspection before tearing my car down. I dont recommend this place for under the hood work.

These men are saints. Worked with me and my insurance company to get my SUV back up and running in less than 2 weeks. They answered all of my questions and were compassionate the entire time. Every person I interacted with (including the wrecker) was courteous and professional. I begged everyone to do what they could to deem my vehicle reparable because I didnt have the time or money to find a used car as good as my 2005 Mercury Mariner. Mr. Craig went so far as to take the bumper off of my car to show the insurance adjustor what the problems were and that my baby shouldnt be totalled out. I dare say some small, unrelated annoyances I had with my car were fixed when I got it back. Maybe I just really missed my car! Lol Because my situation is an accident-related insurance claim, Im not sure how much parts and labor came up to, so I cant really comment on that. If youre dealing with an insurance claim, these are your guys!

This body shop is a total rip off, they give you an estimate but little do you know they have a bunch of tricks in hidden fees that they dont tell you about but since youre not the one paying the insurances I guess it doesnt matter but at the end they try to get every single penny that they can get out of your insurance. If you go for a small job they give you one price and then surprise you with a totally different one and since the job is already done you have to pay. The owner is cheap and sneaky,he will use aftermarket parts and wont have the best qualified painter for your job.

Dropped my 06 Hyundai Azera off after I had some damage to my right rear door from the ice that fell in Houston in February...I got a free loaner car and Mr campos really made me feel like repairing my car was the most important thing in the world. On top of that I got my car back waxed, detailed an having no sign of the previous damage in sight!!! Im going to do some more work on my car in the future and I know where Im going to bring my vehicle!!

I had a horrible experience with this business. I called and they said the car was ready to be picked up. After paying for a taxi there they said it wasnt ready and the parts still needed to be put on. Im currently on my way back home in the same taxi I arrived in. Save your time, money and sanity and avoid this business.

Took my car to two different body shops and they both wanted to total out my car because they either wanted to keep it or convince me to get a new car which l didnt want to do. Took my car to JC and they worked with the insurance company and fixed my car! It looks brand new and so far have not had any problems.

this is a crappy bodyshop with no type of knowledge their staff is ridicules retarded be aware if your taking your car to this people their paint materials are cheep and their not certified they buy after market parts and i dont even want to mention the rental cars they have ( be aware people )

Excellent service. Lisandro and J.C. are fair in price and their professionalism kills any big brand body shop. I have taken both vehicles (Foreign & domestic) outstanding jobs on both and clean and waxed on return without asking. You take your vehicle to them they will take care of you.
