This has got to be the worst Post Office in Houston TX. They employees are rude and have smart and snappy attitudes. It is almost as if they forget that their jobs is to assist the costumer and helped them when they have problems. My grandmother sent a $400 money order through certififed mail. The recipient was there to recieve the money order and it was sent back. That was in November. It is now January and we have yet to receive the money order back. We call and they say just a wait few days or it should come any day now. It has yet to show up. My grandmother has called over and over asking if they recieved it or if it is in transit. The employees are rude and very snappy and had the the nerve to tell my grandmother "Dont take your frustration out on me." Excuse me....anyone who waiting for that much money and has been waiting 2 months to get it back then anyone would en frustrated. Its $400 there is so much a person can do with that. The service here is terrible and rude and I hate that this is the postal office my zip code is zoned to. I suggest the employees get better attitudes or be fired completely. This is unacceptable and they should feel ashamed.

Rude postal workers, you can never get through on the phone because the line is always busy as if they keep the phone off the hook, I have even called after the place was closed and the line is busy. I also tried to go up there on a Saturday because I work during the week and they are closed by the time I get off and the time says they close at 12pm, yet they were closed for business at 11:45am. I hate I live in the zip code associated with this office. I have been waiting on my package for almost a month that the post office sent to the wrong location and I check the Tracking this morning saying that someone tried to deliver it at 7:59pm, first of all thats too late to be delivering a package and not to mention I was up at that time and no one came to deliver any package.....but of course I cant call to resolve it with the idiots because they are never available

Worst place ever the ladys are rude slow and give you a smart a*# attitude. Every time i buy some thing of online they always delay the dilivery for no apparent reason. It takes more then a week past the due date to arrive. Most of the time i have to go up there personally to see whats up. usps is the worst at shipping i seen so far i would rather prefer fedex or ups. One time usps didnt even deliver my packeage and they said it was lost. The workers their are old black ladys not to be racist but they are so sassy towards pepole and they think they are always right they dont let you explain they quickly cut you off. I was always nice to them and very pacient i dont see why they would be so rude!

Pros: Nice and cold inside. Cozy old town feel there. Post lady was nice. Cons: I had to wait a while even though there was only two ppl in front of me because they only have one desk attendent in mornings I guess. Customers came dressed in pajamas. One of the customers cut in front of me in line.

The mail woman was honking outside of my house...she was waiting for me to walk to her to get my urgent packed....maybe she didnt have legs to knock on my dooorrr ....and ppl paid to get important things...to let lazy ppl work in the maillll

Never had a problem at this post office they always help me when I need the help looking for the right shipping supplies to use. And they are fast Im in and out of there.
