Lazy, rude delivery drivers. My mail lady is afraid of dogs so she has had my home branded as having a "vicious" dog. One - its an English Bulldog who is never outside unless she is with my husband or myself since we live on a state highway and dont have a fenced yard. Two - she has only ever seen my dog through our door or on a leash while she sat in her car and I walked out to the car to take the mail from her. Three - her stand in drivers are idiots who want to sit in their car and honk for 5 minutes rather than do their job and bring the "special" mail to our door. I have an oversized box on purpose but some things still dont fit or need a signature. Get your lazy butt out of the car and do your job! Four - my husband is handicapped. If you sit and honk for 5 minutes and no one comes out of our door then assume that he is alone or I am taking care of him and cant help you at the moment.

This Post Office is typical - Lazy, surly service at the desk; rudeness from all employees; and an overall lack of caring. Is it any wonder the Postal Service is drying up? It is employees like the ones at this location that are dooming the Postal Service to extinction. I do all I can online, and only when it is a necessity do I use the Postal Service. This is also the location that delivers to my house, and that is an atrocity. Coming home to mail blowing across my yard is not unusual. Mail is misdelivered consistently, and I have already had several important pieces of mail lost/stolen because of this poor service. I agree with the reviewer that said the Postmaster was always "unavailable". I had the same experience. As soon we can eliminate all need for the Postal Service, the better!

I had to return an item so I opted to send it Express Mail "guaranteed to be delivered the next day or your money back" - $18.75 later - no package delivery; however I do have the option to contact the company to reschedule the item for delivery. The company - that would be MAGIC JACK - would not reschedule the delivery - as they told me they could not do that I would need to do it. Forty five minutes of holding listening to how great the USPS is and i still didnt get a customer service rep on the line. I called the MLK line and you guessed it - 800 customer service who tells me that no they wont refund my money and that the party i sent the mail to has to reschedule the delivery......This is ridiculous!!!

I have called their location 3 times today. The first time the phone rang for 3 minutes and no one answered. The second time I was out on hold for 10 minutes because he said the had to pull up his computer. He never returned to the call. And the third time the phone rang once then was picked up and immediately hung up! I was only trying to find out where my package was. Its been delayed 3 times because they said no one was home and they were unable to deliver it. Ive been home without a car for over a week. I dont know what the problem is at their location but its very frustrating.

I wish I could give zero stars. We live in a rural area and these are the LAZIEST, and absolutely most RUDE and INCONSIDERATE people I have ever dealt with. They try and find every single excuse possible to not drive down to my house to deliver packages even trying to cite "if its more than 1 mile from your box we dont have to drive there" Guess what? Its not but they are so flipping lazy and undependable. Every single person at that facility needs to be fired and restaffed. Horrible excuse for mail carriers

The passport hours are 10-3, not 8-5 like the post office. Also, do not expect to show up 30 minutes before they close and expect to get in (like we did with three small kids in tow). The passport office will lock the door early and turn you away whenever they feel they have too many "customers" there. Without a free-market competitor, government "services" have no incentive to improve or offer good customer service. Typical.

Unbelievable!!!! Had my mail held and was to resume normal delivery today. I had some very important packages that I needed to be delivered today. The only # I can get to try to find out where I can go to get my packages is the 800#. That is a 40+ minute wait according to their recording. Try to send an email to customer service, and after I filled out everything and click "Submit", I get an error. Are you SERIOUS?!

Incredibly rude and slow service. Very poor service on the carrier route. Ive had ongoing mail delivery issues for TWO WHOLE YEARS. Had to wait on hold today for 50 minutes just to speak to a live person. Is the the only Post Office with such inadequate across the board service. Is anyone else tired of this union run fiasco? What happened to raid, sleet and snow... and all that noble attitude stuff.

I tried to call the office and was circulated through inadequate voice prompts for too long. Totally disappointing. But I dont think anyone cares.

Customer service is horrible! The toll free number, the wait time is too long and the menu does not recognize your answer.

No APC kiosk. That seems silly with a 24/7 PO Box lobby. They take appointments for passport applications.

I can not get through to speak with a real person no matter what number I call. Very frustrating!
