This place is horrible. Customer service and all. I called to discuss picking up a package and the manager hung up in my face. To make matters worse, when I called back (Several times) they just let it ring. How sad.

Wont answer my calls and keep giving me the runaround about a package they failed to deliver. I received a slip in the mail saying i can pick up my package here, but they insist they never had possession of it.

How can a description of services state that you can purchase stamps or mail letter/package when reality is that you can only pick up packages or mail that could not be delivered.

Package was on truck for delivery, then didnt show up for 3 days. When trying to contact a supervisor to ask questions, I got nothing but undeserved hostility and no answers.

Site shows open hours on Saturday; however, they are closed. Would like it to be updated so other people dont waste their time and gas when trying to pick up a package.
