They do not even deserve 1 star, too bad 1 star is the lowest rating because I would gave them a negative --5. This has to be the worst post office in the USA. Every package I have shipped with them has either been broken, or lost. Nearly every package that is shipped to me is "lost" it not possible for one facility to "lose" this many packages. I dont think that they are being lost, I think they are being stole by the USPS staff there. The packages make it from one end of the county to the other on time with no problems at every stop, but when they reach this facility they suddenly disappear? What??? The facility is less than 3 miles from my house, how are you losing every package of value? Yet the worthless ones make it with out problem!!!

Horrible service. Opened a business just a mile down the road and they refused to give us our mail key until we produced a piece of mail addressed to us. HOW are we supposed to do that when we cant open the mail box? Finally our mail box was so overstuffed that our (actually very nice) mail carrier brought our mail in to us. When I brought a piece of mail (with both MY first and last name and the business name, my business card, and my ID) they still would NOT give me my mail key and said they wanted a copy of my lease. I had to raise an unholy stink before they finally gave me the key. Also, they are unbelievably rude. It would be comical how terrible USPS service is, if it werent such an absolute pain.

This is the worst post office Ive been too I came to get a date stamp of mailing for my company with payment already on it and the lady rejected me when Ive been there multiple times before was very rude and wouldnt listen to my reasoning . I was very nice and tried to be kind with her when explaining but she of course didnt care about that. I asked to speak to someone else and they all band together against me when I usually get these date stamped no problem at other offices. Avoid at all cost if possible! I recommend the one in City center

Have been trying to reach them by phone for hours, phone is always busy. Have a certified mailed letter that says it was delivered to this post office 3 days ago, and should have been already delievered to me. Have no idea where it is, even with a tracking number. Cant reach THIS post office, and other post offices act as if they are clueless. Houston mail is ridiculous. The worst place ever for mail. To deliver six hours away it takes more than 2 weeks. Carrier mule, or pigeon would be faster.

Never had a problem with a post office until I moved in range of this one. I order about 20 things a year over the past 3 years. I would say on average 2 items per year disappear, and 1 item per year goes to some other house and eventually a homeowner will bring it to me (sometimes they TRY to get the post office to deliver it to the right address to no avail) . but hey thats still an 85% success rate for packages. just hope the ones they lose dont cost an arm and a leg.

Poor hours, no retail window. Not even a letter slot. Why spend premium (tax) dollars on a very visible location if it isnt open to this under-served portion of the suburban public? (Next closest USPS location is Bear Creek, ~6 miles and ~20 minutes drive away, depending on traffic). Very disappointing that this is not a full service location - it is sorely needed but the growing population in this area.

No wonder the USPS is going bankrupt. On average 30% of all of the packages that are shipped to me via USPS are lost or damaged. Not to mention I receive on average 1 package a week that doesnt belong to me (The address is not even similar some times) I remember when the USPS used to be a professional and honorable service... now I dread when I see a package is being shipped via USPS.

Whats the purpose of this location if I cant ship a package from there? USPS is a lost cause, shut it down. For all the people thats going to say, "many jobs will be lost", if usps shut down other carriers will expand then they will hire more people

Packages are missing or are delivered but in the wrong persons mail box. Several of my neighbors through Nextdoor are experiencing packages delivered to the wrong boxes. Incompetent employees work there. Their service is very poor!!!

Its a full service postal, UPS, fax, packaging supplies, including US stamps of all sorts. They do the work for you and they are reasonably priced!
