I previously was using Tomball Postal and More to ship items up to 3 times a week. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and their prices fair. Yesterday changed my perspective and I will never use their services again. I had 3 packages to ship. 2 of the packages were books in thin envelopes. I requested the 2 books specifically be sent by Media Mail. Since I had never had an issue with them in the past, I didnt check my receipt until I had left. My Media Mail packages had been sent Priority Mail Cubic. I didnt even know what that was. I called and the girl stated that USPS had already picked the item up. Unfortunately that wasnt true. USPS had picked up packages while I was still filling out the forms for mine. I was then told that Priority Cubic and Media mail were the same thing. I hung up and did my own investigating. I found that the girl wasnt telling the truth and I called back. She ignored the fact that she had given me a product I did not ask for and overcharged me. She only kept stressing that the packages would get there faster. Speed wasnt an issue. Price was. She refused to rectify the situation. Ive filed a complaint with the BBB, will dispute the charge on my card and never use their services again. I completely understand making mistakes, but refusing to admit to a mistake, or rectify a mistake on top of arguing with the customer about it is another story completely.

Not so bad when they are actually open. The problem is they close whenever they want! On the door it says they close at noon on Saturdays. I got there around 11:40 - 11:50 am and they were closed! Lights off and everything. Then on Halloween I got there much earlier, like at 10am, and they put a sign that they were closing because of Halloween. Very unreliable
