First I appreciate so much that they are open until 2 pm on Saturday. INCREDIBLE! I wasnt sure what packaging I needed for my stuff I was mailing. Cassandra and Dana were the 2 employees there and I spoke with Cassandra & she was so helpful in explaining my different choices and prices. I stepped to the desk across the room to finish packaging up my stuff in the appropriate envelope. I had the opportunity while doing this to hear many exchanges between Cassandra and her customers, and Dana and her customers. They both were so kind to every single person they helped. They made each customer feel like they were the most important person to them during the time they were helping each individual. They both had such kind words to say to every customer. Ive never seen this level of customer service and personal kindness wrapped up in one anywhere. So many people in customer service jobs these days are either rude, lazy, not helpful or just plain mean. I hope this post office realizes how lucky they are to have these 2 ladies as their employees. I hope Dana & Cassandra are blessed one way or another for their efforts at their job because they sure deserve it! I would also like to put it out there for anyone reading this that so many people take the time to post things or complain about things they dont like when they have a bad experience somewhere. I think it would be great if everyone would take as much time and effort to applaud the great service or kindness that some employees display in their everyday work. Give credit to the people that try to make your experience great like Cassandra and Dana do at the Utica Square Post Office. Go beyond just saying thank you and write a review or call their supervisor to tell about their employee that gave you great service at any place of business. Maybe employees would try harder if they knew they might get recognized for their great work. Just a thought. Anyways great job Cassandra and Dana, you gave me the best experience Ive ever had at a post office and a good feeling boost to my day from hearing and seeing your exceptional kindness and customer service to all of your customers. Youre the BEST!

This post office is great! Many times, Ive showed up and found no lines at all. And when there are lines, I just go shop around Utica Square for a couple minutes and come back, and the line is gone again. I agree that, during rush times, they could afford to have more than two cashiers (is that the right word?) helping people, but the two folks Ive seen working there have been super friendly and helpful.

They have no idea how to handle claims. I Had to spend an hour to get there supervisor Shannon to walk them through the process. Of coarse there was 2 crying children to add to the environment.

Too busy and too small. The mail workers can see they have a huge line out the door but dont try to quicken things. Is this another civil service job? Lol lol

Always crowded. Never enough people working. The ones who are working are fairly friendly but try and find another post office to mail things from if I can

A really busy location. They take care of your needs and have a a decent size box section. Other than the small location its not a bad store
