Great customer service and hard working people. Other post offices claimed it would take 2 months to file for a pass book. I would had missed my chance to travel. Went to the Pinehurst post office and got it done the same day here. Yea the lines were long but there were only 2 people working and they managed to help every person out. That day at least 50 people got a passport. Stupid idiots (like Rocio Espinoza)will complain about the uncomfortable wait, but if you need to get something done the people here get it done. They work million times harder than the one in Cypress. Some lazy MFS work there.

Staff was very helpful, quick & nice. It was a quite a drive but this office takes walk-ins for passports from 10-1 monday to Friday. At first, we went to our local post office, but we did not have an appointment, and their first availability was not for a month. Instead, they recommended we go to this office. We got here at 10, and there were a few people in front of us, so we only had to wait 20 mins. Overall, we were only here for an hour and it was a very nice experience.

I gave three stars because the manager was rude and one of those types of people who dont really care about other doing her job, the the manager said that the girl that finally ended up helping me was new, but turns out that the new girl knew more than the manager and was very helpful and polite therefore instead of one star the place gets 3. Great job "new" girl, you are a very tremendous and knowledgeable help! :)

Great experience getting our renewal passports for the kids. We were there a few minutes before they opened and we were the first ones there. There were two more people that arrived just a few minutes after they opened. The clerk named Sandra was very professional and efficient but she was also very friendly.

I have visited a lot of US Post Offices. Most are aggravating. But the Pinehurst Post Office is the best! Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit this office. I ever thought I would say that about a US Post Office :-)

Had to come get my daughters passport and they took us on short notice with no wait and no lines! Tomball was booked for almost 3 weeks! Love the small town hospitality!
