Rude and lazy people who dont do their jobs at all!!!! They refuse to do re-deliver packages because they are so lazy, even though we have the option to schedule them. They only say,"Oh, we dont do that! You have to come pick them up yourself!" Some packages from the UK I got werent delivered, and they didnt even leave pick up slips! They called me, and told me I had to pick them up. The rude lady on the phone said they were re-sending me slips. Why bother when you could just give me my packages? They were never sent. I tried to reschedule the delivery and told the slips were never sent since I was told they were being re-sent. The rude lady calls me again, and the voice message said they refused to send my packages since I wasnt there the first attempt. Then she had the nerve to call me a liar! "I never said they were re-sending the slips, they were already sent to you." I checked my house, and even my neighbors houses, because they are constantly mixing up our mail and packages. Most of the time, my neighbors are the ones bringing my packages. Just recently, they sent two of my packages back to France and another to Japan. I had to pay a lot of money since they were both international. I had email notifications on for all updates, so nobody bothered to contact me at all. They just sent them back, and when I went to the post office I didnt know this. They just said they dont do holds for items under "deliverable as addressed." I checked my paypal address, and everything was correct there, and the package from Japan, I always order from this place. They know me as a regular, so I doubt they got my address wrong. To have two packages undelivered in a row is just suspicious to me. My honest belief is that they are handling packages roughly and damaging them so that the address is being torn off or damaged away. It really wouldnt surprise me since they are so irresponsible and lazy. Now I have to contact my sellers from France and Japan, and re-pay the expensive shipping to have them resent to me. That is, if my post office can correctly send them back. Im worried because of much lack of effort they put into helping people. For all I know, they could be sitting at the post office, and the man there just was too lazy to help me at all. I would leave 0 stars if I could. By far the worst post office Ive ever had to deal. Mistakes happen, but my other post offices I used to live near where helpful and could figure out where things are. These people dont even want to lift a finger! I would fire all the staff because they are so horribly lazy and rude!

This is the worst post office around. I have had them lose packages for me inside their office over and over again. I just had them lose a 2-day priority package that has been on its way for 5 days. Says on the tracking it was received in their facility and never scanned again. They still have yet to find the package! I am very upset by their service. I think Ill just stop using the Post office for things and begin paying extra for my items to be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. This has become ridiculous. Just an update. I had to call this post office about 5 times because it rang and rang and then someone would answer and immediately hang up. I finally got a hold of someone that was extremely rude and really couldnt answer any of my questions with a straight answer. Basically Im being told that they wont know anything until the vehicles come back today, and that its possible it went out on the wrong vehicle. I asked if they scan when it leaves and he said no, but then later contradicted himself by saying its scanned through a different system. OMG! These people are complete idiots! If I dont get my package in Im going to be furious! Another update: Its been 5 days now and I still have yet to receive my package. It was due to arrive on Monday 12/15/14, and now its 12/19/14. I have gone to the post office every day twice a day since I notified them of the issue on Wednesday 12/17/14. They just keep telling me that there are no new updates and they are still looking. Thankfully the manufacturer has agreed to send me another one so I dont have to deal with these idiots any more.

I wont get fooled again. A lovely contractor for USPS decided to mark my package as delivered, when he did not deliver it. One family member was outside in the driveway that morning at the supposed delivery time, and the rest of us were inside a very quiet house. I heard no car pull up and no vehicle door slam. There was no knock at the door. He was observed driving towards our house several minutes after the claimed delivery time. I checked outside 15 minutes later as well when I received a delivery confirmation text and nothing was there. I called the post office after contacting the shipper. After 20 minutes on hold, the woman who answered the phone said she got in touch with the carrier, who lied and said he delivered the package to the front door. They would rather place blame on our neighbors (who were not home and who I trust) than acknowledge that they hire or contract shady individuals. Upon reading reviews here and on other sites, I have discovered several reports of suspected theft by workers at this postal office alone. These people will not do anything about it. An investigation consists of nothing more than asking the worker about a missing package and taking their word for it and checking the geo code scan. While the scan may show that the person hopped out of the truck and stood outside of my house, it doesnt detect sticky fingers. I will NEVER use USPS for package delivery in the future, and if a shipper cannot provide options for UPS or Fed Ex, I will hunt down one who does.

This is the worst post office for customer service. Our packages are constantly getting lost and are having to be found again. We have had several lost and not redelivered until the next week. We have called the post office complaining and have been told "oh no, your carrier would not misplace your package. If it had your address on it he would put it in your mailbox or the locker with the key in your mailbox so that you could retrieve it." Just to have them deliver it the next day to our door. I just called trying to get them to deliver a package that tracking said had landed in the Katy post office and was due to be delivered today. I just noticed the sender did not put the complete address on the package and I wanted to let them know that. The idiot that answered the phone said "oh no, if it does not have the complete address it will be sent back." I informed her that that was why I was calling to let them know the complete address (I have the tracking number). She then replies "that aint how it works. We get hundreds of packages and ..." Needless to say I hung up. The package is a pair of shoes for my 85 year old mother who cannot find shoes to fit her (yes, very large foot) in a regular store. She has not even gone out of the house in 4 weeks because she has no shoes to wear. This post office is horrible and I would have thought after they caught the post master throwing away mail and fired him that they would have hired people to take over with higher standards! Guess not.
