ordered from a business in CA over 2 weeks ago, 2 day priority shipping, still havent received it. now, the main reason for it being late is because somewhere in San Jose it was lost, but yesterday it was supposed to be delivered, checked the mail at noon (the usual time for mail drop off), 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 6pm when the apartment office closes, and nothing, not even regular mail was delivered and i was one of 8 people that had stopped by the office expecting a package. they skipped my entire apartment complex. what gets me is that my package was scanned as delivered at 530pm. they delivered the mail at 7am today, but because the apartment office was closed (they should know the office hours) they didnt leave any packages. now i have to wait to find out if theyre going to come by again. i left my phone number with the apartment office so they can call me when/if it shows up today. about the same time last year, i ordered from amazon, it was completely this post offices fault. package was scanned as delivered in a zip code 10mi away that didnt even contain a street with the same name as mine, waited a week, talked to amazon and they reshipped the same products to me. a full week after THAT package came in, the original showed up. the level of incompetence involved with this office astounds me, incorrect scans, failed deliveries, constant mysterious delays, one time they left the samples for my wedding invitations sitting in a puddle when it had been raining for 3 days straight. Ive decided that everything i order from now on is either going to be shipped with either another carrier service, or will be addressed to my parents house in spring, because you cannot count on this office to get anything to you on time or in an undamaged condition. they dont follow any kind of schedule, deliver mail when they feel like it, and when they DO, god forbid you havent checked the mail in a couple of days, because instead of dropping your mail with the apartment office, theyll just hold your mail up against the opening of the box, and punch it to cram it in and make it fit. my taxes are paying for this? i still cant believe they just skipped an entire apartment complex. do yourself a favor, have your mail delivered elsewhere.

WITHOUT A DOUBT this is THE worst, most unprofessional Post Office in the country. Ive lived in several states around the country, retired military, and many cities in Texas. We never get a postal delivery on Mondays, been this way last year or so. If I get, an average, of 5 packages mailed to me a month, 3 of them will be delivered to the wrong address and according to staff at the Post Office they have no way of locating what address they dropped them off at. Other Post Offices say that is BS that a registered package or tracking number is scanned in when delivered with a GPS location. I recently mailed a package with a tracking number. MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO ME, THE RETURN ADDRESS. I caught the postman before he got off the street and thought I had it corrected. He apologized and took the package back circling the delivery address. THREE DAYS LATER MY PACKAGER WAS DELIVERED TO ME AGAIN. I took it to UPS and it was delivered correctly in 3 days to the correct address. People at the package window are just out right rude to everyone and the average wait at the package window, if youre at the front of the line is 15-20 minutes, and staff at the front counter, even if youre the only customer in the building tell you they are not allowed to leave their chair and go get your package. The local Post Master is NEVER available, they will not let you talk to her. I have asked to see her early in the morning, before and after lunch time and just before closing, probably 10-12 times, she is NEVER available. Apparently she doesnt come to work and must work from her house. My taxes pay for this extremely poor service, this location should be shut down.

Crappy in EVERYWAY- in person and getting your mail at the mailboxes. Customer service blows and has for years. I will wait in line forever, and when I get to the front, I always get treated like crap. If you need to ask a question, it is an inconvenience for them and they are super harsh and annoyed. When customers leave they make fun of them to the other employees. If you have to get a mail key or get a passport, or even have a question about the process- have fun with that. They never answer their phone and you will never get the same answer for anything. Example: Passport procedure. An employee said I could walk in any time before 1 and get it done. When I came in for the walk in the employee laughed at me. Yelled across the room at another employee joking about ME. Then told me to wait in another line to make an appointment. So then I was the second one in line for the "doorbell line". I was standing there for almost an hour before someone would come to the window. When someone finally did, she was a total *****. I requested to make an appointment for the passport and she rolled her eyes and said "my associate will make an appointment for you". Then she got on her phone and started texting a couple steps away from the window. I waited another 10 min. The same lady came back and seemed very inconvenienced she had to make an appointment for me (which took about 2 min of her time). I guess I was the rude one for politely asking her to help me.

An investigation needs to occur at this postal service because they are not delivering packages as they scan them into our mailboxes. They are stealing our packages and mail or delivering to the wrong house. This makes no sense because Ive spoken to our exact mailman about my mail issues and told him to keep an eye on on my packages, I have to leave notes in the mailbox and say "I am expecting a package today" just to make sure I get my packages. This is ridiculous. They do not care no matter what complaints we put in or where we send them. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE. The mailman knows my address and who we are, yet the day my package said delivered, I went right to the mailbox and nothing was there nor did I see a freaking mailman! Nothing was delivered to my door either because I was outside at the exact time &have cameras showing no one stepped onto my porch anyway. It sucks that we cannot even order anything without thinking someone is going to steal it at the post office or give it to the wrong address. I KNOW my package wasnt misdelivered. It took about a million calls to get someone on the phone and once I did, they had no idea if my mailman was working that day or not and never called me back. Please investigate on whats going on. I wish there were cameras in the mail cars like there are in police cars so we can really see if it was delivered. This postal service is really shady. Be careful.
