I love this little post office. It is over 14 miles from my house but because of the efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness I am more than willing. Today though, I am very upset. I went there to mail a few Christmas cards and to see what size packaging I needed for some gifts. I brought one of the gifts in with me. The gifts were Christmas presents for my out of state friends. When I got home, I realized I was missing the gift. I have been trying for over an hour and half to reach them by telephone. I was hoping that someone may have discovered it lying on the table that I was using to put stamps on my envelopes. I have not been able to get through to speak to anyone at the post office. I have been calling for over an hour!!! Usually I give this post office a 5!! Today...a 2.

Its the only post office i will use. i cringe if i have to go to Park Row post office. i live by park row but wont go there. I mail packages frequently. i can be out of baker street post office in about 10 or less. before this post office i used to wait a long time..there is one lady there that is sort of lazy and gets in a bad mood sometimes..the regulars know her..without her this would be an excellent place..its easy to spot her, everyone else is very helpful and clear. she is not really clear or helpful. used to be a guy there that used to hand you your debit card back and say he couldnt use it unless you signed the back of it. would hand you a pen. he said it was the law. he is gone now. I believe he always wanted to be a cop but became a postal worker

its close to our home, even though its NOT our "home" PO--that is several more miles away...very handy, VERY small, nice knowledgeable clerks...do NOT go there between thanksgiving and christmas unless you have a LOT of time to spare...i hope they keep it open....limited saturday hours is not so convenient...i see that people have not been able to get them on the phone...really?...who in their right mind would EVER telephone a post office?...there are never more than 3 people in the building....and theyre going to answer the phone?...hahahaha...i would NEVER phone a PO expecting someone to answer and actually help, me....if you live too far to actually GO there, then you dont need their help anyway....

Excellent customer service! The best so far. I walked in to apply for a passport, but unfortunately, they stop taking in application until next year. However, I stopped a lady, who happen to be the operational manager, Debra, and asked for help. She went out of her way to make sure I have an appointment from another location nearby. It seemed like she was on her way off duty, but she patiently spent at least 20 minutes to help me. If this is not excellent service, then I dont know what is.

I have been having a hard time trying to get a post office to answer their phones regarding passport applications and they answered within 2 rings! Most importantly they answered my question. This post office seems pretty good so far. Update: I need to get some passports done for my siblings and I havent had anyone answer the phone for the past two days! Keep saying it is busy! I guess on my old review I just got lucky!

Ive been here a few times and experienced a friendly staff. Namely, they kept the door open for me as I walked in at the last minute before closing time. However, as of late, I guess their phones dont work and they forgot to mention it. Please pick up your phones (or at the very least, setup a voice-mail system) - and this will easily be 5 Stars instead...

this is the best post office I have ever visited. The staff are always efficient, friendly and even offer up a lolly pop for my 3 year old. I have been going here for 3 years now and have never had an unpleasant experience. I have also used them for passport services and they have made the process very easy for me.

Went by Monday 3 -20 2017 at 6:45 AM to drop some mail in the mailbox. Two people were in the mailbox pulling mail out with a flashlight there car was parked back in the dark with a third person in the drivers side. Im sure this happens everywhere I wont be using outside mailboxes anymore

This place is so amazing I went in without an appointment trying to get my passport for the first time and they took me right away and did my photo that day as well!!! Both employees were absolutely incredible and super friendly. Such a wonderful experience.

Great & Fast Passport Office - we went to get my 16 mo. old daughters passport there. There was no line, we can get the picture taken there (always a challenge to get a toddler to be still, so it was easier there) - and the people were very helpful.

The morning staff were helpful and polite! Never again will I ever go to the Park Row location. EVER!!!!! They had no problem answering my questions about change of address forms (which Park Row never has) and how to fill them out.

Best post office in Houston...shhhh...it is hidden and not so many folks know about it, so there are rarely lines.
