The prices are acceptable, but the service was very poor. I had never used Walmart before and I didnt park where they needed me to park because they never told me. When they couldnt find my car, they just moved right along to the next customer and forgot all about my service ticket. When I brought this up to the lady behind the counter she acted like it was my fault. They got me in right away after I complained, but I was there for an hour and a half waiting on them to get their stuff together. Ill be back to get tires, but only because I am a college student and I cant afford tires anywhere else. It would be wise for them to retrain their employees on customer service. They would receive more business by doing so.

This Wal-Mart has got to be the worst one ever! I have gone to Wal-Mart for years, because of the friendly associates and low priced products. This Wal-Mart, you could walk in there naked and not a soul would notice you! Everyone is rude, you check out $600 worth of merchandise, and get no acknowledgement! Go to a different Wal-Mart! We should all just stop going to this Wal-Mart all together! I dont know about you guys, but when I go to check out, I like to be asked "Did you find everything okay?" Or even a simple Hello! I will definitly be sticking with HEB from now on! Dont shop at this Wal-Mart

Lube center over filled my truck by 2 quarts of oil. Had I not caught it before I left by checking it myself I would be looking at blown seals. Was on my receipt as well, holds 7 qts. Charged me for 9. While correcting the problem with manager, another customer told me he had the same issue. Short answer check it for yourself. Tech just told me that it held 8 qts plus a 1 qt of additive so it is fine because he can fit it in the crankcase not because that is the manufacturer spec. No just no, truck crankcase capacity is 7. Tech then told me a qt of additive does not increase the volume. Arg. Never again.

Good price but horrible service. Guess thats what you get when you go to walmart. Got here at 330 and Im still watching on my new 4 tires that are only suppose to take 45 mins and its 536 now . Talk to the Manger and all he said was well I only have one guy here and hes also working the other side . Yet Ive seen 5 guys working and some already went on lunch and the guy working on my car walked off and started working on another vehicle . Dont come here if you dont want to waste your time.

If you need their service department dont expect them to pick up the phone. I called 7 times in two days just to try and see what the wait time would be to get an oil change, I finally had to drive in and when asked why they wouldnt pick up the phone i was told "We are busy". I proceeded to explain to the service associate that the person on the other end if the phone is just as important add the person standing in front of them. Its basic customer service.

Took 15 mins just to check in, as no one was doing the check in. We had to go inside to ask, then go wait another 5 mins for someone to help. With only 1 car in front of us it took over an hour for a basic oil change. We will never use this store again.

The tire lube and express is one of the best ones Ive ever been to they go on and above to help you out. I will always have my car serviced there. The service manager David is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Usually theres not a lot of nice things to say about Walmart, but I came in today and they were super helpful and nice. It took me about 1 hour to get my tire replaced.
