I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years with Firestone, I have a credit card and spent thousands with you all. I must say you have given me a bitter taste in my mouth. I am vexed by the treatment I received by this store. First of all let me say I have been to my share of locations for this company and this by far is the worst one. Store Manager Nhat Nguyen displayed a horrific attempt of customer service, he not only bad talked the company (saying that the other store locations put cheap brakes in my car), he was finger pointing and blaming others saying that they are not the same person. Duh you idiot, you represent FIRESTONE you are that person, you are my previous bad or good experiences...YOU ARE FIRESTONE. He then stated that I was having a sour day and I just came to take it out on them, refused service to me because it was 7pm But I came in at 530pm and he had ample time and service technicians at his garage to take care of me. I must say he is a pathetic store manager. Second issue was with Kareem Rhones. I walked in to the store, no one greeted me, this dude came in twice to the store and while doing something with his back turned to me tells me he will be with me in a second. He then goes outside again, comes back inside and still doesnt give me any eye contact. Mean while another customer walks in and he greets him and asks him what can he do for him. I was annoyed by that, I let him finished and he finally ask me what can he do for me. I explain my situation with my brakes, he interrupts me and tells me maam that was at the other store, the work wasnt done here. I then proceeded to tell him he is Firestone and I did the work with Firestone so idiot you are Firestone. He then rolled his eyes asked me for the 2nd time what is the issue. I said take a look at my brakes they are squeaking, he took my keys and left my car outside the parking lot for more than a hour and a half, finally a tech takes my car in and at 7pm Mr. Nguyen calls me up. While He was telling me the issue to my car, Mr. Rhones out of his work clothes and off the clock, behind the counter stays to listen to our conversation. He proceeds to butt in the conversation and I tell him to shut up and mind his own business and he leaves. I must say is this how you all treat your customers who have invested money into you company for many years? I hope not. I truly hope they both get suspended without pay or fired. I read some of the reviews and Mr. Nguyen has given many bad experiences to customers.

Took my car last weekend for $99.00 per Axle Brake coupon they have on their website. The customer service offered by Jeff was great. My car has only 40K miles and i wanted to get the brakes replaced ahead of the required service schedule so i can get a peace of mind plus the deal was good. I was told by Jeff that Firestone offers free brake inspection and i will get a call when its done. After dropping my car, i received a phone call from them couple of hours later saying that my rotors need to be replaced because they have hot spots and cannot be machined. Seriously!!!!!!! wow i was surprised. This is not the first time I am getting brake job done on my car. I take really good care of my cars and in the past i have had the rotors machined and brakes replaced on several cars with 100K + miles. So the estimate given to me just for the front axle was around $350. What a rip off!!!! I denied getting anything done from them , picked up my car and went to a different Firestone 5 miles away. The customer service guy told me the same thing about free inspection offered by Firestone. I did not mention anything about my previous visit to a different location and also gave them a different phone number. 20 minutes later, the guy came and told me that everything looks good and my car should be ready shortly. 1 hour later my car was ready and they happily honored my $99.00 coupon. Now brakes work as brand new. If you want to get brake service done, please stay away from this location.

We were in need of a full set of tire desperately. We saw this location at stopped. Knowing we had to be in and out within an hour, I had a decision to make. No one was in the office waiting when we arrived and I asked how fast we could get this done. The clark told me we can have you on the road in an hour. We told him if he could do it in 45 mins, then we had a deal. He agreed knowing I needed to have my son in Conroe for a baseball tournament soon. Needless to say, after eating next door and returning for my vehicle, not one tire had been mounted to a rim yet. Not only that, I see all four of my rims tire less on the floor with not one employee tending to my vehicle. To top it off, the slowest walking man on the job, somehow got the task of swapping out my tires in a record setting time of 45mins. Of course this did not happen. I am paying as I am typing wishing I would have looked up the reviews here. It is now 2:10pm and my vehicle is still not complete. I was promised to be out of here by 1:40pm and looks like it will be another 20mins. I am not recommending this place solely based on the bold face lie I was told to get me to spend $1000 bucks and all the excuses I have been told since. At this point, I blame myself for stopping here in the first place. Never again!!!

I totally agree to this. They are really idiots. I was handled same way. I went there for some in my brakes which they replaced 2 weeks back to see if they are an issue. This was just a basic check. This guy (jeff) comes there and tells me the sound is due to worn out hub bearing and it will cost $350. I got it replaced and found that the original problem never got fixed. I went there for it and asked about this, they came up with different stories. I took up the issue to the corporate customer affairs. The store manager offered help telling he would fix the issue for which i came there initially. After that checkup , I found my car to be in the worst scenario. I manipulated someting with the bearing he put before , and guess what my car is now wobbling now. From nowhere to a worst scenario, just because i went to this firestone. I would never suggest this place. Even if you have to pay more , look for someone better. They are a total !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP - OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If you have more money give it to homeless people, but not to these people. They are worthless people and cheaters. BEWARE...............................

Place is a joke, paid $800 for a advised repair "oh sir this is going to fix the issue with the vehicle the car will be at 100% no problems" and two days later car wont start after they told me that the issue traced back to the BCM draining battery. I took the car in for a electrical issue. They tell me oh we replaced fuses and that problem is fixed but now you have a mass air flow problem that needs to be addressed otherwise that car wont run. After being lied to about that fixing the car I went to pay for it and the rep at the counter tells me " umm yeah the car isnt ready. The battery dead so they need to trace back the problem". Long story short they had my car for 3 weeks and I still have the problems they caused in the first place.
