The owner, Luis is very knowledgeable about how to repair European automobiles. I took my BMW X3 to his shop and he was able to quickly identify the issue and rectify my repairs. His prices were indeed very reasonable, considering the type of vehicle. The issue is with his mechanics. The interior of my vehicle was in excellent shape when I took my vehicle for repairs. When I finally got my vehicle back the interior was filled with oil stains on my leather and upholstery. I am still having to detail my vehicle based on the disrespect the mechanics showed to MY vehicle. In addition, my wife and I do NOT smoke. My vehicle smelled like a smokers vehicle. I felt like maybe the mechanics were taking MY vehicle home because of the amount of miles driven. I had a full tank of gas when I dropped it off and it was nearly empty when I picked it up. I understand they test drove my vehicle for several miles to verify the repairs, but to empty my gas tank seemed excessive. Finally, there were hand prints and oil stains in the back seat and cargo area of my vehicle. There were no mechanical issues with my back seat or cargo area. Why would someone be in the back seat or cargo area of my vehicle. As I stated earlier, Luis is a stand up guy and very knowledgeable of vehicle repairs. He found the issue with my vehicle when other mechanics could not. His mechanics do NOT respect their customers property and provide horrible customer service. Luis, if you had a staff with your personality and abilities, you would be the go to shop in town.

Took my BMW in to replace the timing chain guide rails which had worn out. They replaced the rails, but the car was running rough and threw a code for "camshaft timing overadvanced". They tried to tell me it was fixed and give it back to me, but I told them it was completely unacceptable and to fix it. They asked for time, which I gave. After following up several times and getting the runaround, I finally go in again and they tell me they cant fix it. I get them to write up a contract stating that I would take it to a BMW dealership to fix and they would pay for it. The BMW dealership found that they had broken my fan, stripped the hell out of several bolts, and on top of that they somehow got the cylinder timing out of phase by 90 degrees! Its a miracle the engine didnt hit a valve or something and total the car! I called the place trying to follow up on the shops promise, but I got someone else who said they were new owners unaffiliated with the previous owner and that it was his responsibility (even though they were still going under the same initials SBC complete, but they claimed there were minor wording differences so it was a new place). I called the owner directly and he said he quit and it was the shops responsibility. My lawyer advised me that it would cost more to fight and try to get someone to pay than to just take the hit, so I let it drop. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I had a transmission rebuilt here about 9 months ago. I rarely drive the car, so I cant really commet on the quality of the transmission rebuild. What I can comment on is the lack of attention to detail that was paid to everything else under the hood. When rebuilding a transmission in a Honda Accord, a lot of parts have to be removed to get the transmission out. When I got the car back there were several missing bolts and a lot of cables and hoses were not put back in the proper places. One motor mount bolt was missing, and after a couple of hundred miles, one of the radius rod nuts fell off. There was grease on the head liner where someone put down the sun visor. Someone tried to guess the anti theft code on the radio which ment that I had to disconnect the batter so I could enter in the code thats found in the users manual. Someone left their drink cup in the cup holder. There is now a red SRS light on that wasnt on before the worked on the car. The rebuilt transmission as well as any tubes and wires close to the transmission were painted with a silver paint. The price wasnt bad, but due to all the things they missed putting the car back together, I dont really trust their work.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I would not even give 1 star if I could. Mike told me he could rebuild the motor in my truck in 1 week. I thought 1 week was not possible but Mike assured me he could do it. Over 4 weeks later and they finally said it was ready. I picked up my truck and drove it home, the engine had an internal noise and also the A/C would not cool. I took it back and Mike said he would work on it again to fix the A/C and also see what was wrong with the engine. He sent my truck to someones house to be worked on. He doesnt even do the work at his own shop!!! Well, 3 months later and it is still not done. They called and said it was ready, I went to test drive it and immediately found the A/C blows even hotter than before and the engine still has a noise! A job that was to be done in 1 week has turned out to be over 3 MONTHS and is still not fixed and I have already paid them in full. They do not know what they are doing and will not tell you the truth! I will call to speak with the owner Mike trying to find out when he will have my truck ready and they say he’s not in or he will call you back but it is all a lie. DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!! DO NOT use these guys!!!!!

Beware of this DISHONEST guy trying to take you for a ride and bill additional charges... I took my audi for brake pads change and got a quote from him earlier. When I took my vehicle there, he started charging me for additional charges under brake pad sensors. The audi pads come with sensors with them (n the quote included everything) and when I told him the same, then he tried to explain it for other items. Before taking the vehicle there, I got it checked at 2 other places including the dealer and everybody told me that rotor drums were fine. But this guy kept on pestering me to get the drums machined. Out of curiosity, I asked him for a quote, and he gave me a price. When I said him to do it, then he started saying additional labour charges extra 150$, making me wonder what the original quote for machining the drums was for since no component is being replaced. But the service guys did a good job of replacing the pads. In short, if you know exactly what you want, then the service technicians are good, but the guy sitting at the counter is dishonest and always tries to bill for additional services which you dont need.

I took my 4runner by to get an estimate for a valve cover gasket that was leaking. I got a reasonable estimate, much less expensive than the box store across the freeway. It was near closing time and they offered me a ride home to save my wife a trip from picking me up. The work was completed to my satisfaction and they cleaned up the leaking oil off the engine. As I drove off I noticed that one of the vaccuum tubes was not connected and a tech immediately came out in the hot sun to fix the problem. Everyone was apologetic for the tube and acted like they really care about making he mistake. It is nice to see someone admit fault and do everything they can to make it right. In my opinion they are much better than the box store across the freeway and I will start using them instead based off of customer service and price.
