En mi opinión no me gustó el servicio.me hicieron regresar muchas veces como 5 veces desde la primera vez que saqué el carro a la hora comenzó a tirar afeito lo llevo al taller y me dice es que es un sello te la computadora usteden creen,a los dos días me lo entregan a y ojo pagando $280 por esa reparation,luego a lad dos demands otro problema comienza a templar cuanto entre lol cambios regreso 2 dias más lo sacó y en mes el mismo problema yo trabajo no tengo tiempo de estar a llevarlo las veces que quieran hago lo andaba lo llevo después a una concesionario de la chevrolet que es chevrolet el carro lo revisan y dicen que es la trasmision.lo llevó y ahora lo dejó dos días y me dice si esta trasmision el problema pero ya no te cubre la garantía como está eso como lo miran .y hablo con el y dice le desconectaron la batería y eso fue el problema se desprogramo la computadora de la trasmision sólo hay un Dios y el mira todo amigos .y no paque un collar paque casi $3500.

My wifes 1995 BMW 325i with 230,000 miles started to develop shifting and slipping trouble with the automatic transmission. The transmission had never been serviced. I thought this was the end of the car until I came across Universal. Everyone was highly professional and made me feel comfortable about getting the work done there. They knew everything about the car and within a few days I had the car back and it drove better then it has in 8 years. I was very pleased with the cost and highly recommend this shop for you transmission needs!

I am ever so grateful for the Enrique and the Universal Transmission team who helped me when I locked my keys in my car at a nearby gas station. I was told by the gas station owner to see if they could help and when I stopped in, they were so willing to help without hesitation. Thats definitely hard to find these days. It was not easy getting my car unlocked but Enrique was very patient and didnt even accept my tip. Seems like good people who work at the shop and I will definitely consider them when I need car work done.

I have checked on many repair shops in the area ,( I had a very bad experience in the past with AAMCO) Found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Shop was clean and very busy. They had my E 250 for a total of three days, From the free tow to the great service I received i can not ask for more. Thanks Universal Transmission Team for getting my truck back on the road and making my company have less down time for my service truck.

Great experience with them. I was hesitant at first as this was the first major repair Ive had to do for my car, I had them put in a new clutch, anf Im glad I decided to go here. They rose above and really took care of my car, I could tell in all the small details that the mechanic really took care of it. Cleaned and replaced some things that werent part of the bill too. A++ will return for future repairs.

They started on my car without consent it was over priced they stolen my trainsmission and radio they still have it I respectfully paid for the towing there and back and a worker name John seem to think he didnt do anything wrong well the law think different have will to soon he dont know who the owner is of the truck he damage

Just ask for Mr. Korey and half of your problems is already solved! Great customer care ...EVEN AFTER WORK HOURS! Mr. Korey picks up the call and provides useful information about the repair. I saw that the shop is trusted even by car dealerships for minor and major repairs so I gave me confidence to take my ride there.

I like the place and the person in charge. I wanted to see whether I need transmission fluid change or not. They checked the oil and did full diagnosis which I later found that is free. I was happy to find this place for my transmission concerns.
