Long has taken care of my family and our vehicles for 15 years. He is honest, wont charge you for things that arent necessary and wont take 2 weeks to get back to you like a dealership. He is smart along with his family that runs the place. They even took me home one time because I got stranded at their shop because they caught a problem nobody else would have caught! Admits to mistakes and charges fairly. Tip to those out there, just like with any place, if you buy the parts necessary ( the ones you actually CAN buy) he will only charge you for the labor and doesnt charge any unnecessary fee. I would recommend them. They have a collision department now too!

Took my car in for an estimate for some body work after it got hit in a fender bender. They were prompt in providing a well covered estimate, shuttled me to my rental car place and even picked me up at the rental car place after return. Their work is very high quality and were true to the estimate work and completion time table. No surprises or extra charges. I was very happy with their work and would recommend their services for anyone who needs auto body work and repair.

I could not get my wifes car started. Finally had it towed to Westbahn. The next day they called and asked what was the problem, because it started right up for them? They did not charge me a dime to checkout the system. I appreciated their honesty.

Horrible experience twice, wife was stranded on 610 with heavy traffic and almost got hit. I wouldnt recommend this man to anyone!!! He even laughed at me for some odd reason...
