BEWARE UNETHICAL OWNER CAUTION: UNETHICAL, LACK OF COMPETENCY, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE Business Ethics - I bought a set of 24" wheels from the owner of Reliable, FRANK, for $1500. These wheels were supposedly on his wifes Porsche Cayenne Turbo before he put the factory wheels on. The reason was that he bought a truck. He agreed that I would pay $1500 to his brother Salim, in return for the wheels being properly mounted on my Cayenne and a 4-wheel alignment performed. I sat there one day for 4 hours only to be told at the end that they did not have the proper parts, but they ordered them, and to come back next week. I agreed and when they called me to let me know the parts were there, I went in. After a 2.5hr wait to have 4 wheels bolted to my car and an alignment done (normally should take about 45 minutes in total) I paid SALIM and drove down the street. Not 1 mile away from the shop, I called the shop and Bryan, supposedly the shop manager, answers the phone in a less than polite manner. I asked to speak to SALIM to let him know that the car was vibrating terribly and that I was going to see American Wheel and Tire, about 2 miles down the street, to make sure the wheels were balanced. American takes off all 4 wheels and lets me know that they ARE ALL BENT!! I called back and asked to return the wheels. THE OWNER FRANK, SALIM, and BRIAN ALL REFUSED TO REFUND OR WORK WITH ME. I drove back to reliable and was asked to leave the property after a heated argument. I finally decided to be the adult, and agree to disagree...I keep the bent wheels RELIABLE SOLD ME, they keep the $1500...but I would like the safe wheels THAT RELIABLE TOOK OFF OF MY VEHICLE, installed back on my vehicle as I needed to pick up my 2 year old son. The manager, BRIAN, INSISTED THAT I HAD NO PROOF that they had done anything to my car, not an alignment, not a wheel install, nothing. He insisted it was my problem now. My old un-bent wheels were still sitting quietly in the bay Reliable had taken them off in. The only proof I had was pictures of my car on his lifts and an alignment receipt since I paid cash. I had to call the Police to show up on the premises and talk some sense into BRIAN to put my safe wheels and tires on the vehicle and allow me to leave and settle the matter in civil court. I accepted for the day that I had been TRICKED by the employees and was ready to go home, except I wanted to go home safely. Its unfortunate that this matter is going to have to be resolved in civil court. Lack of Competency- Never in my whole life have I had to sit for a total of 4 hours on one occassion and 2.5hrs on another occasion to have a set of wheels bolted to my truck. This does not include mounting and balancing the tires which were already on the wheels. After the first 4 hours of my vehicle sitting on their lift, I got home and noticed a puddle of transmission fluid on the floor. I drove back to the shop 2 days later to have them inspect the leak, which they found to be coming from the transmission. They could not tell me what the problem was after a 3 hour wait. I searched google on my phone after they told me to leave and found the answer in less than 3 minutes. It was a common repair on the make and model of my vehicle. They did not charge me their $95 DIAGNOSTIC FEE...which I might add I have never heard of at any of the other competent shops. Its obvious they have to pay people to stare at a car for 3 hours to not be able to figure out a problem. Customer Service - I sat in the lobby more than 3 times in the one month period that it took for these guys to figure out how to bolt 4 wheels to my vehicle. Numerous times did I watch BRYAN look down on female customers and patronize them while he used large words like anti-freeze and differential to sway his superiority. I was never given updates during the 2-4 hour waits that I was in his shop as to what was going on.

DO NOT GO HERE! Twice Ive went to them and each time I left, there was something new wrong each time I left! When I told the rude manager ,named Eric, this, he went on to tell me that I can not prove that the issues werent there before, but I could actually. Becuase when triple A towed my car to my house, I KNEW THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE PULLEY, and when reliable auto repairs repaired my car, they told me specifically the alternator would be a little loud but it was okay, less than 2 week later , my alternator went out in the center of the street. Keep in mind the alternator didnt have a problem before. Well I then brought my car back to them, being that they had caused the problem, well the repair was almost $300 (for labor), even though my warranty covered the damages, and labor. And when I called my warranty , it was confirmed that they ripped me off. Which has made sense being that I have a warranty that covers mechanical and labour, and out of pocket I still had to pay so much. My warranty told me that they offered reliable auto repairs parts for my car, but Eric, in his exact words said, " reliable auto repairs doesnt use cheap parts", and mind you the parts my warranty offered werent cheap! And again, after that repair, for the third time, my car is having issues with the wheel bearing, which wasnt a problem before I went there. The problem was caused the very same day I got my car from him. And not to mention, the last repairs they done on my car, I didnt receive a receipt for. I asked Eric if I could be emailed one, being that his printer was down, and he said no. Until this day I still havent received this receipt to know why my repairs were almost $600 , and now again I have another problem! Eric is a horrible Manager ! I was ripped off by reliable auto repairs and the last thing they are is reliable !! I can prove every statement Ive said above. Also, when I called Eric to confront him about what my warranty had said, he had little to no answers. Also when i asked where is my receipt, he told me I came and got it when I know for fact he never called me for my receipt. My service here was horrible. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

I have been a customer of this shop for over 7 years. This shop has grown so busy, they will rip you off. Robert and Eric are both very acquainted with how to overcharge and provide extremely bad service. Reliable Auto does not fix the problem, they only make it worse by breaking other parts and lying about their work. Dont waste your time with this place. They already have too many sucker, mechanically non-inclined, customers to deal with. This place must make a few million a year over-charging customers. I hope that this review helps to slow down their work load so they can properly fix vehicles. They literally got into an argument with me about their work while I was only courteous and polite and told me, "I hope your car gets fixed." These people will tear your vehicle apart and laugh. If I could give negative stars, they receive -10. (Amendment- they are now threatening me with a lawsuit for my true actual experience with them. I have every right to put the truth on google reviews)
