I first visited Premier Auto in 1996, and have not considered going anywhere else since. Twice over the years I have had my car towed almost 100 miles to Premier rather than have it repaired somewhere else. I have referred many of my friends and neighbors to Premier. James, the owner, is a straight shooter. He and his crew know how to diagnose a problem and to fix only that which needs fixing. But, hes not afraid to let you know what else they find and tell you if its important or not important. There are lots of great repair shops out there. Its just that its hard to identify which ones those are. I have never once been disappointed with the service delivered by Premier Auto, whether the repair cost was big or small, and Ive always been confident that I got the best repair possible.

I found this shop about 5-6 years ago After extensive checking by the time I first went there, The owner James Martino , is a man of integrity Looking for a cheap mechanic So what is cheap mechanics I think cheaper is a reasonable priced shop that is honest , does it right, and dont do something that is not needed Once again recently had lots of work done, and as always Mr Martino has proven his and his peoples integrity and professional approach to doing a job right I have since referred many people there including family members, as this is defiantly a trust worthy and great place to go I wont go anywhere else

We have been going here ever since we moved to this side of Houston and are very pleased with the service. James is very knowledgeable and is great for giving an honest assessment of what needs to be repaired. He also doesnt miss small details that other garages have missed over the years. When we first started going here, he was able to fix a problem that had stumped other garages we had taken our Ford to. We would definitely recommend Premier Auto Service!

Its hard to spend the kind of money that it takes to keep your car healthy and feel good about it. Premier Auto Service has always been honest about what my vehicle needs. Just one example: When I dropped off for the 100,000 mile tune up I was told that I would probably need radiator hoses replaced but after looking under the hood they told me that the hoses were fine which saved me $450 plus labor. I will continue to use Premier Auto Service.

Ive used Premier for all my vehicles, and theyve always done a great job. I trust them completely with any car repairs. They are honest, dependable, and quick. Ive brought a car in before to get my brakes checked, and theyll tell me "Its not time yet, come back in six months," etc., until its the right time. There are few shops that would do that! I also like the way they prepare a plan for when routine repairs are completed.

Major props to these guys. Was having a really hard time finding someone who could complete an inspection on an EV. Seems like others felt the need to try to hook up to their emissions testers, and wondered why it wouldnt work. These guys asked reasonable questions to get the inspection done. And really nice guys on top of that. I know where I am coming when I have some real work needing done on my gas vehicle.

Yesterday I had a Blow Out on hwy 290 and i drove very slowly to this shop. I had never seen this shop before. I met a very nice Gentleman in the office who asked me if i had a spare tire since they dont sell tires and asked me to pull the car around to an open bay. They fixed my tire and wouldnt even accept payment. I am so thankful to this establishment. I am glad we have good people in this world. Thank You !!!!

James is an honest businessman and a very knowledgeable mechanic. He quickly diagnosed my car problems, finding that my timing belt had jumped 2 spots, which his mechanic then repositioned and completely fixed my cars problem at a very low price that I have already confirmed with other mechanics who said they wouldve charged double or more. I recommend James and Premier Auto Service to anyone and everyone, always.

Always an excellent experience at Premier Auto in Jersey Village. Ive used Premier for many years when my two vehicles have required work. James and his staff have provided professional services with the job done correctly the first time, which has negated any need for returning for additional work. Plus, if you need to wait for your vehicle Premier has a nice waiting area.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I have had a ton of work done on both my car and my wifes car at this shop, and they do superior work. They are quick, they can fix pretty much anything, they accept cars that are towed in, and from quotes I received from other shops they have very reasonable rates. If you are looking for a go-to mechanic... this is it!

Believe what you read. They are a great group of guys that you can really trust. They will not oversell you on unnecessary parts or labor. They are truly willing ensure you understand whats going on etc. I felt like I was talking to an uncle or brother! Great prices and clean shop. I found them off their reviews on here - and they were worth the drive!

Completely satisfied with the process in getting my vehicle serviced by Premier. I was quoted a price and there were no surprises when it was time to pay up. Left my car parked overnight and dropped the keys in the slot. My car was serviced and ready for pick up by noon the next day. Im thoroughly pleased with the work.

The best part is the true, honest service. I took my car there with a humming wheel bearing, thinking it need to be changed right away. So after a few hours of them inspecting the front end James told me that there was a slight hum but he said that it can wait a while.Thats true costumer service if you ask me.

I have taken all of my vehicles to Premier for several years - everything from oil changes to timing chains. Great service, very familiar with all of the different make & model systems. I was most impressed when James told me not to have repairs done, it could wait. I would not go ANYWHERE else.

James and his staff are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He pointed out a problem we were having with my wifes car and realized that it was a warranty item that the dealer repaired at no cost. They provide fast oil changes at a reasonable price and are a BG product dealer.
