Had the oil in my 2008 Tundra changed there twice. The first time they pulled out the oil filter tube and never put it back on when they put the new filter on causing the filter to collapses a starve the engine of oil. The second time not sure what they did but while the truck was running there was a lot oil leaking out of the oil filter cap. Both occasions I ended up changing the oil myself after to make sure it was done properly. I am currently waiting on a refund which is turning out to be more of a pain in the ass then its worth because it is coming from their supplier and not Meineke. On top of that they recommended a bunch of stuff to replace or fix on my truck which was not necessary. Just to be sure got a second and third opinion on the recommendations made by Meineke and both disagreed with their recommendations. Will not be going back and wouldnt recommend this place. The guys are friendly and service seems to be good but unfortunately they havent been able to properly change my oil the only two times Ive taken my truck there.

Do not take your car to this place, they are crooks!!! My car was making a rattling noise, so I took it to these guys to get it checked out. Their diagnosis... I need four new brake pads and 2 new rotors which they claim were damaged by the old brake pads. They also had found a number of other issues and gave me an estimate nearly $1000.00. I was suspicious because I have never heard any squeaking or grinding coming from my brakes, also because they had told me that my air filter was dirty which is impossible since I had just changed it (literally). I took my car to Firestone afterwards to get a second opinion and was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes or rotors, the sound was coming from the right front tire and was not related to the brakes at all. The guys at Meineke flat out lied about my brakes, had they not have gotten greedy and included the rotors and air filter then I would have probably had the brake pads replaced and thrown away my hard earned money for nothing. Stay far away from this place.

Reggie and the entire staff are always very professional and courteous. I brought my truck in for an exhaust leak and they called me in to show me some additional engine failure issues they found, damaged cam, lifters to name a few that would have eventually caused my engine to fail. The amount of work they did to locate the source and to fix or replace them would have cost me thousands of dollars at the dealership or other local shops. I was given a VERY fair price and they also provided me with a rental for the inconvenience. Like many other people I was looking for a neighborhood shop with great knowledge, service, clean facilities, professional appearance and attitude. If you didnt have the experience I had I urge you to allow them the chance to remedy that experience because we all are not perfect.

I stopped in to have my car checked out because I kept hearing a loud knocking noise coming from under my car. Im from out of town visiting my daughter and was concerned that something major was going on. When I pulled in to ask if they could check it out, the gentleman, (I believe he was the manager) said they would take a look at it and take care of me. Turns out it was a rubber tire tread wrapped around my wheel axle. The young man working on my car was also very kind in helping. I asked how much I owed and the gentleman in charge said there was no charge, he was glad to help. I appreciate the awesome service and help you showed me.

The so called master tech inspected my vehicle for the TNC on my 2007 Pontiac G6... he told me my main gasket on my vehicle was leaking and it would be 710 dollars to fix... I previously had my oil changed at NTB on 529 and apparently they had put the wrong size oil filter in AND didnt even tighten it... NTB ALSO quoted me 780 for the SAME JOB AND missed the SAME THING!! IF I could review them both as terrible experiences at the same time I would... I guess I have to settle for copy/paste.

Manager was nice. I had a catalytic converter installed. Welds looked like garbage, and they forgot to install my skid plate properly. Most people wouldnt of noticed but I am particular with my vehicle. Also the hangar for the cat is rubbing against my transmission and it makes an annoying noise, think they would of fixed it while its there? If you want mediocre service then go here if not find somewhere else.

They are great! Got my car in fast and with in 15 mins they were able to tell me the problem! I went to 4 other places before going to them (didnt know Houston to had one) everyone wanted to charge me. My problem was fixed and was out the door within 30 with out having to pay for it to be looked at!! Love meineke!!

Experience was great! Taylor Perez, the technician, was very knowledgeable and professional in handling my trucks needs and explaining things. The front desk was very courteous and pleasant to work with! Overall experience was excellent. Look forward to doing business again at the Meineke Telge location.
