*UPDATE* The GM of this location contacted me and wanted to hear out the concerns I had. Was pleased with the conversation we had and he was apologetic for the service that didnt meet my satisfaction. Original Review: Went a while back for a state inspection...one of the guys started rambling about other maintenance that needed to be looked into. I usually go to the dealership for all work but happened to go here for the inspection, more convenient. The rep also stated that my late model Honda needed an engine flush and went on further to state that it was recommended by Honda. Absolutely false. Honda advises AGAINST flushes. I lost trust in these places.

Have had my SUV serviced at this shop several times, good job every time. Keep me posted about the repair and have had my SUV ready as expected. As a customer I have plenty of choices to take my SUV for a repair, service is what makes the difference in very basic things prompt and accurate diagnostic, communicate what this repair is about and its costs, how long would it take to get it done and follow up with the customer in case the date/time deadline is not being met for any reason.

My daughter, who lives in Cypress, recommended Louetta Automotive to me when my vehicle needed an oil change. I am very pleased with my experience. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly and I felt like I was treated with honesty and fairness. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, with coffee, fresh water, free wifi and large screen TV. I am confident this has become my "go to" destination when my vehicle needs some TLC.

Ive been to another Louetta and had a horrible experience. I decided to try out this Louetta since they have fabulous reviews. They did an oil change and physically came to the waiting room to show me that my filters needed to be changed. I really liked how they went above and beyond. Ill be back!!

Terrance was absolutely amazing! The other guy at the front desk as well! They helped me out and changed my brake light and tire pressure alerts to wrk so smooth and all in 10 min!! Such professional staff and always 100 percent satisfaction! Will be back for all my familys car needs!
