Writing this for my mother, she went to another auto parts store across the street - OReilly - where no one would help her, she needed to have her battery tested (and possibly purchase a new one) and to replace her windshield wiper blades ... the employee she approached refused to help her! He wouldnt even test the battery and told her that if she bought a new one they would not install it for her because they were "too busy" - she says there was one other customer in the store and two employees were helping him. She left that place and headed across the street to AutoZone where two employees approached HER and helped her test her battery (which did indeed need to be replaced), install the new battery, choose and replace the wiper blades and even helped her order new headlights for her little speed machine which shes wanted to do for a long time. THANK YOU AUTOZONE for making my mother feel like the most important customer in your busy store. We will be giving you all of our business from now on.

I came with my sister and soon after waiting a few customers and this guy was eager and responsive in helping me, my sister and niece address our issue and eventually, I even got my battery replaced under warranty. real professional and family/domestic positive. I will always buy my Duralast Gold battery from Autozone cause they just outlast the world.

The guys kept talking to a friend and then when they paid attention to me, they were condescending and didnt care. I told them about my car problem and the guy didnt do any diagnostic, he just watched me turn on the car and assumed it was a grounding problem without verifying anyhow
