I have taken both of my vehicles into Auto-Lab for oil changes and routine maintenance. Extremely satisfied with the cost and customer service. My father-in-law had taken his pickup truck to a dealership in Conroe because there was a persistent problem with the ignition switch not starting the vehicle on occasion when it was hot. The starting problem persisted, even after two trips to the dealership. I recommended my father-in-law to Auto-Lab Cypress. Kurt, the shop manager and lead mechanic, diagnosed the problem and replaced an internal computer which permanently fixed the problem. While the vehicle was at Auto-Lab we received updated text messages on the progress of repair. Now I recommend all my family to Auto-Lab. Experienced and trustworthy mechanical work at a reasonable cost equals a very satisfied family of customers.

Over the last few months I have brought 4 vehicles to Auto-Lab, a 2004 Land Rover Discovery, a 2006 Ford Freestyle, a 2015 Dodge 2500 Diesel, and a 69 Camaro, all of which were diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. The 69 Camaro was especially problematic as it was setting for 22 years prior to us pulling it out and getting it running again. In all situations, the Auto-Lab team was fast and communicated options at different costs for getting my vehicles back out on the road making sure I had choices and wasnt backed into a corner. I am very pleased with Auto-Labs service level and will be going back come the next inevitable break down.

This was the first time I have taken a car to Auto-Lab. I had different quotes for the needed work. Richard was very open and helpful in presenting the quote - what needed to be done, why and how long it would take. I decided to go with them, called him (about an hour after I had taken the car home) and asked if I could bring it in to them in two days. He agreed. It didnt take much longer than what they had provided. No extra repair findings, no extra costs. Everything they promised was taken care of. So far, the car is running well. Highly recommend them to my neighbors!

Great shop in the NW Houston/Cypress Area. The shop was relatively new when it was highly recommended to me by a fellow Toyota Offroad enthusiast. The lead mechanic is a master mechanic that is able to work on any makes and models. I never have felt the pressure of an up sell, just good honest advice. My only drawback is that now that word has spread of AutoLab, Saturdays are extremely busy. But other than that I highly recommend the shop.

They tell you what you need , and dont pressure you into anything . I highly recommend them . Be sure to call ahead to schedule service , they are busy !
