I have done business at Michel Auto for almost 10 years. They have done excellent work on my Ford F-150s. I have consistently received 1st class customer service from every team member at the shop. These guys always take the time to answer my questions, and help me understand what were repairing--and why. This is especially important to me, as a single mother. Its always a little intimidating to request auto service work, when you dont completely understand all of the mechanical reasoning. I do believe there are times when a female is convinced to accept unnecessary auto repairs, simply because she does not understand it well-enough to question the work. This has NEVER been the case, in all my experience at Michel Auto. These good people have continuously gone out of their way to answer my questions, help my understanding, and extend favorable pricing. In addition to good value, its important to note the outstanding diagnostic capability. Ive had some pretty unique service problems on both of my trucks, that have baffled your typical mechanic. These guys wont rest, until theyve accurately diagnosed the job. Very knowledgeable. Ive never seen anything like it. Auto Repair Super Sleuths. Michel Auto has earned my trust. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.

We have been customers of Michel Auto Care for over 20 years. Recently, our CRV had an issue with shuddering. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with the torque converter. Melvin, owner, suggested I check with a Honda dealer to see if the issue would be covered under the 5 year/60k warranty on the powertrain. As a result, the CRV was repaired by the Honda dealer and everything was covered under the warranty. I truly trust and value Michel Auto Care’s diagnosis!!! Finally, Michel Auto Care is very prompt in servicing our vehicles. I hope Michel Auto Care will stay in business for the next 50 years so my grandchildren will have a place to service their vehicles!

This place is very expensive. Any place is cheaper than the dealership, including this one, but the last time I fixed my car there, I ended up with a huge bill. After that I changed the mechanic and had been paying less than half ever since. Also, their attitude sucks! When you enter the place, they treat you like if you are supposed to know about mechanical stuff. Yes, I have to admit they have decent knowledge of car maintenance, but they are way too expensive.

Afterward, I tried a few shops, and had bad experiences. Then I found Michels and I have 100% confidence in them. They always do a quality job at a fair price. I had an excellent experience with Michel Auto Cares. They quoted my work over the phone and told me it would take a day to replace the condenser on my 2010 F-150. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Work done and the price matched the quote. They even called back a week later to check on everything. Great Work!

This place was great! I drive a 2006 mazda speed 6, and michels was half the price as the dealership for shocks and struts (literally). Plus they diagnosed a clicking sound in my rear drive shaft the dealership couldnt figure out, and they repaired it under the warranty I got with the car!

Michel auto has given me 5 years of excellent service for my gas F250, diesel Ram 2500, and 3 horse trailer. Their work is quick and thorough and an excellent value compared to the dealerships. If you want excellent service from a friendly and honest staff, this is the place to go!
