They will not get my business or referral!!! I stop in to ask a question concerning a vehicle I needed inspected. The gentleman in the office (Manager or Owner??) couldnt give me an answer and I was told to by the lady behind the counter to look it up online! When I politely question his lack of knowledge, he proceeded to arrogantly direct me to his wall of certifications. I was totally amazed at their total lack of professionalism and snide attitudes. Notes to manager 1. The customer pays your salary 2. If you cant answer a question let someone who can, handle it. 3. Dont tell a customer to find information you are licensed to handle by the state. 4. You can spend a lot of money to advertise but one upset customer can cost you much more. P.S. Here is the answer strait from TxDPS site but its sad I (the prospective customer) had to look it up. Please notice the TxDPS website used ALL caps on the word NOT. "The windshield is NOT an item of inspection. However, the windshield wipers are. Be sure that the crack does not cause the wipers to tear and that the crack has not caused the windshield to become concave or convex so the wipers loose contact with the windshield."

Highly recommend Tomball Car Clinic to anyone looking for a honest mechanic that will not take advantage of you! Pete and his wife are very helpful and friendly. They did a new front end on my wifes truck and brakes.They use good parts from USA only and I feel safe knowing my wife and kids are now safe on the road thanks to them great price and awesome customer service!

only one thing,, just do what you said.. never received my call back, you lost my business to the shop down the road,, I had my exhaust installed there a few years ago and almost every hanger support has broken off..
