Thank You, Zach for the prompt, courteous, professional and excellent service! I was driving into Bellevue last Sunday night at 9:40 pm in a rental car from Fort Worth. My tire went flat on 75 North of Nebraska City. AAA dispatched Zach with Benefiel. I have never had a rental go flat on a dark highway late at night. Zach called me immediately after being dispatched and gave me precise times he would be there. The rental needed a special lug wrench which they didnt have with the tire and sent us to Eppley Airfield. The agent at Budget was horrible and took an hour to get me a replacement car. Zach stayed with me until I was safely on my way and then transported the car with the flat to a different lot for repair. It was almost 1 am when he left and I got my new car. Zach loves his work and its such a pleasure to deal with a gentlemen, a professional and a family business who values each and every customer! Thank you for keeping me safe and making me feel comfortable with the whole situation. It couldnt have gone any better!

They dont want and arm and a leg? Thats a lie. My disabled veteran husband and I were traveling in our Ford Excursion and stopped for gas at the Sapp Bros at Nebraska City. It wouldnt start, so we called Benefiel. They drove over (5.1 miles) and spent about 3 minutes to give it a shot of ether and it started. Total charge for less than 20 minutes including travel time? $181.90. Im just glad it wasnt something major wrong. We probably would be missing all of our appendages.

Called them because I locked my keys in my car. It was early in the morning and I told them I was in a hurry because I was on my way to work. They told me theyd be there within the hour. They were not able to tell me if they meant closer to 5 minutes or 50. I pried open a window and climbed through.
